Sweets are fab and fast delivery! If I was to point out one thing, maybe mix up the bag a bit before sealing as I find I'm picking the same Jelly until that scoop is gone until I'm onto the next type.

The parcel arrived at a Parcel Motol that I had to go and collect within 24 hours. I would have appreciated a notice when I order that this would happen.

Delivery was €5 which i thought was very expensive

Sweets were yum as per usual. However, the delivery was very late. It was intended to be given to people in isolation and they had already finished it by the time they arrived, which was very disappointing.

I’d like to write something more positive as I am happy with many aspects of my mix but there was some disappointment. One bit of honeycomb had some hairs on it so I just discarded it. I seem to have gotten a large volume of some items over others, I’ve gotten two pieces of honey comb but more strawberry pencils than you could shake a stick at while asking for one portion of each, I also used three of my ten items on candy necklaces and did receive three but I feel that if I’d chosen one I wouldn’t have gotten just one as a singular item. The quality was good and I’m enjoying it but for the price I can’t say I’m delighted.

I had been ordering from different sweet companies around Ireland and couldn’t find the company that made the best vegan sweet bags with good quality and variety,I came across sweet factory and they are amazing! I love being able to choose what sweets I get, that way I know I’ll like them all when I get them, absolutely amazing quality sweets too, so tasty and so much variety, I’ll be sticking with sweet factory for the future now, outstanding service and delivery was super quick and hassle free, thank you!

Ordered a vegan gift box with customised message for Xmas, came without message, sent a message and got no response

This company absolutely shocks me

This company absolutely shocks me, I decided to purchase sweets here even as I was told that staff are good with ignoring customers, its blatant as it feels as if my calls are being discarded.

My item shows delivered but i have not received parcel, I have called ups and they advised I call sweet factory. Can you please get my order to me or refund me ASAP! I will not be a victim to Internet fraud!!!
