I bought cooling mats for my dog and was totally scammed
I bought cooling mats for my dog I bought three of them ended up being $80 it took almost a month for them to get to me first of all and the whole time they were good with sending emails and updates saying that they were on their way but the problem is when they got to me they were nothing like the Mets that I ordered they were cheap quality half the size half the thickness and we're just totally not what they were supposed to be. I emailed support and they actually got to me at first from the email address (blackecombiz.com). This was the first red flag it being a personal email, they tried to say that they updated their product with higher quality material but it was totally a lie this was total garbage and it definitely wasn't cooling anything for my dog. This matt was literally the thickness of a place mat on a kitchen table. They tried to refund me half my money back and let me keep it but I didn't want them at all they were that bad. I just wanted my refund, so they said that all I had to do was send it back and they would refund me so I went to send it back and they didn't give me a return label they said I had to pay for my own shipping back then I got to the post office the label cost $38 because it was shipping to gwang Wang China or something like that when their office was supposed to be based out of New York. When I called to try again for a return label they said that they don't do that so I paid the $38, sent the Matt's back and now they're ignoring every email I send to them. So, they kept my money, and now they have their mats back. I'm out $80 for the Mets and the $38 for the shipping. This company sucks!! Definitely don't trust them and definitely don't buy any cooling mats for your dog because they don't work at all..
