I ordered a mug on October 19, 2025, and needed it for the first week of December 2025. According to the website, there is a 2-week production time and then 10 days for delivery within the EU. I therefore expected that I had placed my order well in advance.

On November 7, 2025, I wrote to check that everything was as it should be, as I had not heard anything from them. They replied four days later saying that everything was as it should be and that they expected my order to be completed that month. I responded that I needed it at the beginning of December, and they replied that it would not be a problem.

After that, I heard nothing further from them. I have sent them countless emails, written to them via Instagram DMs, and commented on their Instagram posts — with no response.

It is now February 16, 2026, and I have neither received my product nor had my money refunded, even though the payment was withdrawn immediately when I placed the order.

I therefore strongly advise against purchasing from this website.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. First of all it took about 2 months from the order was placed until i got a mail that my order was on its way.... It arrived almost 1 month later...
When i got it, the cup was broken. I sent a mail w. pictures, ordernumber and all the other informations i could think of they would need. They agreed to refund the broken cup with a 5% handling fee. Then nothing happend. I write multiple mails asking when i could expect the refund and no reply.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Completely agree with other reviews stating the mugs are lazy and inaccurate, with ridiculously long delivery time. Don’t see why when the mugs look as though they have been made in about ten minutes. Bought one as a gift for Christmas in December 2023 and ended up throwing it in the bin as I was too embarrassed to give it. So embarrassed in fact I still think about it 9 months later as one of the worst things I’ve ever bought. I’m all for supporting small businesses but I paid about £70 for something that looked nothing like a dog, in an unusable shoddily made mug. Communication from the sellers is also terrible, and there’s no point chasing for a refund they simply won’t reply.

Delivery time takes AGES and I still haven’t even received my item - so I’m not sure if it will even arrive. FYI it was supposed to arrive early August for a birthday gift on the 16th. It’s the 22nd of August now and no item in sight.

As soon as I ask to potentially return for a refund, they stop responding to you. No compensation, nothing offered apart from a ‘sorry’. For context, I ordered ONE mug almost 8 WEEKS AGO and no response to my last email. Don’t even know if it’s a scam or if they’re just not providing a good service.

I was a bit frustrated with the delivery time at first, but the customer support was very helpful with their updates.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I placed the order in early December and after several false promises dates of arrival it finally arrived in March. They sent a photo of the dog mug before it got sent off and was shocked to see it looked nothing like my dog but was so over the process so thought I would see what it looked like in person. When it arrived it looked worse than the photo (both the dog and the quality of the mug itself), and they refuse to give me a full refund. Stay very far away from here.

The mug is amazing! The first time it arrived broken, but they sent me another one as soon as possible, completely free! I surely recommend it!

It is such a cute and wonderful gift to give! The little figure looks just like my late dog and it's really nice to have a mug to remember him by. I’m so excited to give it to my mom.

Great product, I order these as gifts for friends who have lost their dogs. You just need to be prepared for the extra long production and shipping. 2.5 months. Customer service is great, always prompt responses.

First off, I can assure you that they are not a scam because I recived both of my products. The owners are very short staffed so their logistics is undeniably delayed. However, they do try their best to go above and beyond in their communication. My emails would always get replied within 2 days! These products are handmade in China so they are obviously going to take longer than usual unlike your fast fashion Shein or Temu.

For some timing reference here's my experience:
I placed my order for two mugs on 11/25/23. Both 250ml mugs, one with 1 dog, and the other with 2 dogs peeking out the cup. Upon order, I was already informed on their website that I will not get the mugs by Christmas due to all the deman. I was okay with it because I thought it would only take about 3-4 weeks max.
On 12/22/23, I recived an update email from them about shortage of manpower and that all orders from 5401-6025 will be shipped before 1/5/24.
On 1/10/24, I get a service email from them saying my items were on their way so I patiently waited.
By 1/13/24, I still didn't recive my order and they sent me an apology email about delayed transit with the image of one of the finished mug. I was very unhappy with how my puppy came out. it was nothing like my picture (e.g. she has white paws but they made it greenish brown). In the email they did mention that if "you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us in time and we will remake it for you free of charge" so that's exactly what I did. I emailed back and stated the number of refinements to be made and they responded very positively.
On 2/8/24 I received the 1st mug that was remade. it was beautiful and my mom absolutely loved it! now you ask where's the 2nd mug? good question because I thought the same. Apparently it was lost in transit so the team decided to remake the 2nd one for me too.. and on 2/19/24 I recived an update email from them saying that they've shipped the new 2nd mug.
I waited and waited and on 2/27/24, I recived another update email about the 2nd mug and the tracking number, which didn't work but I was just glad they didn't forget about my order.
I waited some more and on 3/10 I decided to send them one last follow up email about the whereabouts of the 2nd mug, and they sent me a screenshot of the transit and i recived my 2nd mug on 3/11 FINALLY!!!!
You might wonder why would I give them 4 stars and go through the hassle of writing them a thorough review.. even though they delayed my shipment for almost 4 month?!?!?
I really do believe in their products and their customer service. The designs are really cute and personal so nothing this is more than a mug.
And as someone who owns a small business myself, i can understand how hard it can be if you are just a really small team. It can really get overwhelming. Even though they failed in terms of timeline, they always made up for the loss with clear communication and customer service. And for that I hope them the best.
So if you ever consider ordering from them, just order like 3-4 months in advance lol.

The company was good with communication, keeping me updated throughout the process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that it took a very long time for the delivery. They were probably innundated with orders and each one is personalized! If you plan on ordering, give yourself 3 months of leeway.

I am writing a review as the company have asked me to as the negative reviews are assumedly hurting their business.

One thing to note is that it does say on the website that they take around 5 weeks to finish your product as they are handmade and have lots of other orders too.

I ordered mine in December and unfortunately had delays but emailed them to ask about this and they replied within 2 days explaining as to why and apologies and ensured my order would be done promptly .

Today I received my order just in time for mother's Day and she was very very happy with it. Her exact words were ' No other present is going to beat this' I have 2 other brothers lol

They did also inform my in the email that there customer service has recently been upgraded and should now be a lot better as responding to everyone.

Of course it's up to you but whilst I did have unfortunate delays I had communication throughout and I am happy with what I have received.

They are not fake or a scam. I think they just get a lot of business in their own country and probably get bogged down at times and may struggle keeping up with international orders as well.

Maybe before ordering just send an email and ask what times are for products at that time as China or Japan I'm not sure what country they originate from have their own holidays that increase popularity for certain things like this.

So just send an email first.

Expensive, long delivery time (1,5 months for me). But I already knew that when ordering. So I was very satisfied with the cup and my girlfriend loved the present.

I placed an order in december. After a month of not receiving my order I contacted them stating I wanted a refund. Since they said I would not be getting a full refund (which is already ridiculous) I asked how long it would be until my order was ready (me being naive.) And they said it would be shipped out by the end January. February passed and I still did not get my order let alone a tracking number or any update. Had to place a dispute with PayPal since the sellers stopped responding to my emails when I emailed them saying I wanted to go through with the refund since I still haventes gotten my item

Great customer Service
Had a small mistake in one of the cups and they immediately made a new one and send it promptly. The cups look great!
