Garbage garbage garbage. So I am 1000% sure this place is cheating scamming and making all there high paying customers look stupid. Every single time you play and start to win your game will 100% start glitching and you will not get another win until you spend hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars. This is not at all a joke a lie or an angry review because I lost my money. This place is the absolute worst place ever. If you ask if you could have some free SC because you just lost thousands they will give you nothing. Please stay away from this place there are lots of legit places to play that will not treat you like a POS person. This is a legit honest review based on experience if you play here you will remember this review and wish you listened

I cashed out on Sweeptastic after being verified and then getting an email mail asking to re-verify my bank information. It was 24 hours after that, only about $120. I figure cool, they are legit. Well a few days later I go on to play, and it says my account is deleted, no explanation ok, that’s strange. I was still getting emails every day from them. So I email support, who gives me a vague answer and tells me to basically re-create and verify account, which I do. Same email, same ID, same phone number, address, everything. They VERIFY my information AND MY BANK.

Well about a week later I am playing with whatever was left over from the few dollars they gave me in bonus SW, I hit over $850, I’m STOKED. My daughter’s birthday was coming up, just got out of an abusive marriage, there hasn’t been a time in my life I needed something amazing like that to happen. So I go to cash out $750, again already did the extra verification and everything.

It stays pending for a day, then I get an email stating that due to violating their terms of service”multiple accounts” they cancelled my redemption and credited the SW back to my account. Ok that’s stupid, so what I can keep it but not cash it? I email them asking what the issue was only to receive a generic email back stating that not only did they cancel my request, they also were now taking my winnings and deleting my account for “abusing their free SW and multiple accounts” I am furious at this point, I’ve been verified with ID AND BANK for weeks and they didn’t say jack, now alllllll of a sudden as soon as I win something somewhat substantial they are finding a loophole to not pay me? It’s really horrible and very shady. Especially considering they refused to provide me any proof and stated that “their decision was final” I even emailed and showed where I had asked about my original account disappearing and where I was prompted to re-create one.

What a let down and just horrible behavior. I would be very cautious putting a dollar into their account, they are not a trustworthy company and I will be reporting them to the Business Bureau for theft and fraud.

Such a disappointment

Sweeptastic is the only online casino I have had substantial wins on. I first withdrew over $1k after putting in about $20. Then withdrew over $400 a few weeks later after putting in around $20 again. I have played on every social sweepstakes online casino I can find and Sweeptastic has been better to me than the rest by far. Also, there was no drama getting my withdrawals!

Sweeptastic is an awesome place to play. They offer a great variety of providers. The slot selection is large & contains the most updated games. Depositing is a very easy process with no hassle. I have not made a withdrawal as of yet, but hopefully my luck will change in the future. The user interface is simple and clean with great graphics. Customer support can only be reached via email but they are prompt in responding to inquiries. I highly suggest Sweeptastic if you are looking for a new platform with tons of fun.

I had some issues with payments, but they sorted it out quickly so I could get back to playing. They have by far the best selection of games, as well as great deals on sweeps! Highly recommend sweeptastic :)

They take advantage of people. The slots are so slow you could nap in-between spins. RTP is nothing close to as advertised.

Also, let's talk about the issue that it seems as soon as you're going to get a big win or free spins from scatter etc, the slot game will literally lag to oblivion and give you a dead spin. That, my friends, is called rigging.

They are enablers. They don't care about you. I have some problems with gambling, but when the payment processor for sweeptastic denys my redemption, and the money goes back into my account as a playable balance because they know you'll gamble it away and they don't have to pay anything.

Support is constantly lying to me, going back on their words being no help what so ever.

Just do yourself a favor, DO NOT waste your time or money here, they don't deserve it what-so-ever and I have been there for quite some time.

Sweeptastic is a below average online casino.. first of all, the games are glitchy.. I'm constantly getting kicked out of games that I'm in the middle of playing and getting logged out of the site on top of that.. almost all the other sites offer some kind of incentive for return players and those who wager a decent amount of money in free spins or complimentary sweeps coins. Sweeptastic doesn't have any of that. They do have one saving grace.. you can buy $10 worth of spins for $5 as many times as you'd like. You won't find a permanent half off deal like that on any other site..
If you do visit sweeptastic, I want to warn you off of a Belatra made game called "Big Bang the Universe". In the last week, I've played close to $1000 worth of spins/bonuses on that game and I've gotten wins totalling more than $3, no kidding, about 15-20 times. It's a waste of money and time. Other than that, hope you have better luck than I did.

I would have to say I absolutely love sweeptastic! They are very quick with responses and they are straight to the point. Well this sight made me remember to not judge at 1st sight or believe everything you read in a businesses reviews,
At 1st when I started playing I was skeptical and after winning 300 it's was taking some time and was informed there was a technical issue with redemption that week and it felt like I was being led on at 1st but the support staff was very good about keeping me fully informed and updated along the way and for my troubles of it taking so long they compensated me with complimentary SC coins without me even asking if it was possible to get some compensation, actually it hadn't even crossed my mind. Probably top 5 worst social casinos. No daily bonus, the games are terrible, $20 for 40 SC straight slow milk and scatters were a joke. Off brand Chinese games and I would never recommend this to anyone.
