I was skeptical to try this site based on the mixed reviews I've read but decided to give them a try and must say I am pleased with my recent experience here.

They have a decent selection on slots but not really any table games except a couple of poker games. I managed to cash out on my first deposit and I thought it would take longer from what I've been hearing from other people, but it took less than 24 hours to receive my redemption.

My only complaint is that this site requires a verification process that includes a video selfie which I've never been asked for in any other site I've played in. Other than that, a very solid casino and fun place to play.

I like the games on Sweeptastic, the problem is, is that I can't find where to claim the daily login bonus, when I've tried to contact live support it takes a very long time for anyone to answer and I have to close the chat before a live agent shows up. I hope that this will get fixed, I'd really like to play more on this platform. Edit, I got a reply from Sweeptastic and they were very kind and professional and very helpful as well.

This is a bot site. No support, no governance and no processes. Games keep crashing every 3-5 spins and it ask you to refresh everything but then it keep crashing again. When you try to redeem, the money will disappear from your game account immediately but will never show-up in your bank account. Nobody will ever respond to chat. Nobody will ever respond to emails. This site has been abandoned. Stay away. If you have made any deposits then file dispute with your bank or credit card because you will not get any support

This is the most notorious scammer social casino .. why? I bought their three holiday deals which brought my balance to $196, of which I ended up wagering over at least 3-5 times. Even after all of that wagering my money remained "locked", not allowing me to redeem it and therefore making me lose about $170 spent on those coin packages. Would not recommend this site at the least, go gamble your money at a reputable social casino that actually allows you to redeem your money.
