From what I can tell, this is a new online/sweeps casino. I created an account a few days ago. I made an initial deposit. Had a few wins and losses. But had enough fun where I made another couple of deposits and finally had some luck. I just requested my first redemption. I know the first one can take a little longer. So, I am waiting on that now, but, I will write a follow up review once everything has been completed, as well as a detailed timeline any issues or praise I may have.

Edit: I'm going from 5 stars to 1 star. I was able to get one redemption done in a 3 day period. It was my first one, so I wasn't going to hold it against them. When I tried to redeem a 2nd time, it was marked as failed and put back onto my balance without notifying me. I initiated another redemption and it's going on day 4 of waiting for it to process. They advertise instant redemptions with no lengthy approval process. I've messaged support several times and guess what? They're waiting on approval. Seems to be an issue for multiple people. I can't say I'd recommend this site to anyone. I would probably recommend to anyone to seek your entertainment elsewhere.

Edit 2: I joined their telegram and VIP host Brandon helped me get my 2nd redemption initiated and completed. Shout out to him. I will continue trying the redemption process with a few more. I will happily change my review back to a 5-star if this ends up going smoothly.

I really wanted to like this platform, so I made an initial deposit and played my Sweeps Coins through in normal slot play. The platform's own account page classifies my resulting balance as fully redeemable, and I submitted a redemption request.

I completed KYC before playing. When I went to redeem, I was hit with a second layer of card verification done by email, a photo of the card used showing the first six and last four digits plus my name, and a selfie. This cannot be completed in advance. I provided exactly what was requested, promptly.

That verification has now sat with their compliance team for over 3 days with no completion and no firm timeframe, blocking my redemption, while the homepage advertises "instant redemptions" and "24/7 support." When I raised this, support told me directly that they "do instant redemptions, it's just that larger redemptions require more time." So by their own admission, the advertised "instant" does not apply to larger payouts, which the site does not disclose up front.

What stood out most: while my payout sat pending, support told me I "can still play while waiting" and, in the same conversation, pitched me bonus coin purchase packages with a promo code. Being upsold on more purchases while an existing redemption is stalled is not a good look.

For other players, you cannot pre-complete the second card verification, redemptions can be held for days despite the "instant" advertising, and support may steer you toward spending more while you wait. I'll update this review if and when my redemption is actually processed.

UPDATE: THEY BANNED MY ACCOUNT AND DIDN'T PAY.

Their terms are written so the operator alone decides whether you actually won, can hand back your deposit instead of paying your winnings, and can close your account and forfeit your balance at any time for any reason. And if you try to fight it, they cap what you can recover at what you put in, force you into individual arbitration so you can’t join other players, and pick a distant legal forum, making legitimately-won money nearly impossible to collect.

Please do not be fooled by their paid comments here. Do not give this platform your money.

Scam. Stay far away. As soon as you win any kind of money, you will have issues redeeming and the support team will be completely useless. Not even worth thinking about signing up to buy their $10 for 30 SC package because if you win anything you won’t get any money.

Edit: I absolutely tried to redeem, several times through debit card (I have screen shots of the errors I was getting because support asked for screenshots). I even asked the support agent if I should buy a crypto package so I could redeem that way and they said that they would ping the compliance team but never got back to me. I have reached out to support again about this "incredible bonus" and will change my review if there is an attempt made to make this right.
