Accelerator Experience
Before signing up for the Software Engineering Accelerator, I lacked guidance on what to do in order to get a software engineering job. I wasn't able to land any interviews and didn't know whether to build projects, improve my resume, or enroll in another certification.
The most valuable thing I got from the Accelerator was direction on what I should be working on along with coaching from industry professionals who improved my confidence when applying to jobs.
The learning material also teaches some principles that can be applied to personal life as well in regards to success.
I'm overall happy I enrolled into this program, and would recommend anyone who feels lost when it comes to becoming a software engineering join.
Great Program Overall but requires actual commitment
It’s quite strange how I started getting results pretty soon after I joined. Within one month I got two interviews and I see a lot more traction in my LinkedIn already. I was struggling with even getting interviews and referrals but this program really gave me a good structured system to get referrals and interviews and so far the mock interviews are of great help. I definitely recommend this program if you’re struggling to get a job or find opportunities. If you truly put in the effort, you will get results.
Edit/Update:
I ended up getting an Offer at PlayStation for backend SWE. I will admit I don’t think it was just this program that helped it was definitely going to Masters at UC Irvine and my referral that got me in. But in order to get that referral I had to use the networking tips within the program. Also the program helped me a lot in interview prep as well as improv skills and they do teach the code skills efficiently especially in the coaching calls.
Some flaws however is that the program isn’t as personalized as it’s marketed to be, but at the same time you shouldn’t expect things to be spoon fed to you, if you message the coaches, go to the coaching calls, ask for advice on the posts, and read other peoples posts, it does give you that personalized experience you’re looking for. I have made a leetcode study group through it, met a lot of people through LinkedIn, and gotten significantly better at leetcode through the coaching calls even though other people were in the call with me. The coaches have their own lives and are busy themselves, so having hours dedicated to yourself is not efficient and quite frankly you won’t need it the more you go on. That’s why I think the flex sessions are goated, I didn’t even use all 4 either. But they’re there if you truly need a one on one. I recommend using them for extra mock interview slots.

Great Experience
Before the accelerator, I was just cold applying anywhere and could barely get any interviews. With the strategies provided in the program, I was able to land more interviews and perform much better in them as well. I believe the most significant difference for me was learning how to secure referrals and email recruiters to increase the number of interviews. The only negative I can think of regarding the accelerator is that it is a significant investment upfront, but well worth it in my opinion.
Great Value!
This course was extremely valuable for me. It laid out everything in a clear, structured way with actionable steps. The iterative feedback from industry professionals really helped me improve with each round, and I honestly credit it with helping me land my first engineering job. Highly recommend!
I was able to find the right resources…

Program Was Great For Getting My First Internship
I had never had a software engineering or CS internship before, and was super lost coming into the program. The program helped me go from zero to being quite confident in my interview capabilities (not to mention getting the interviews to begin with).
Pros:
- Accountability (the program will keep you focused and grinding until you get your internship, probably one of the most understated benefits)
- Better resume and linkedin
- Better application strategy (basically getting referrals through messaging alumni from your school that work at companies you want to work at, or even just random people if the company is smaller)
- Better coding and behavioral interviewing skills (behavioral part is especially worked on as people don't focus on it nearly enough)
Cons:
- Expensive (that said, if the program gets you an internship rather than none, or a better internship, it more than pays for itself)
- You get the most support within the first 2 months of the program, so if you join outside of the main hiring season for the companies you're going for, your experience might be a bit harder.
Who I'd recommend the program to:
- "Beginner candidates" who are lost (the "application business" rewards those who know how to nail their applications and interviews, if you're currently a "mid" candidate, this program will undoubtedly help you.
- "Intermediate candidates" who are going for that next level (big name companies, FANG, quant, etc). Since you get to choose who you apply to, if you only apply for that level of company and don't get an offer, you get your money back.
Who I wouldn't recommend the program to:
- People who just can't afford the initial big investment
- People who are extremely self motivated and already have access to materials and/or the knowledge to get a good resume, technical interview, and behavioural interview skills.
Hope this helps!
TLDR: Expensive, but was well worth the investment to me, I have no regrets.
Great investment 💯💯
I have zero regrets about joining Coach Aman's accelerator program. Following every instruction, I received a $45/hr contract offer within 8 weeks of joining. Most importantly, this program taught me to be a professional and approach job hunting with a sniper mentality.
Coach Aman reverse-engineered every phase of the job acquisition process and provided clear and thorough action plans to craft a high-quality resume and LinkedIn profile, grow my network, cold email to secure referrals, conquer imposter syndrome during career fairs, land more interviews, and prepare for interviews.
Coach Aman is very communicative about what to do when job hunting, assigning tasks he tested during his job-hunting days. His effort and dedication made it clear that all his offers were well-deserved. Rather than simply giving instructions, he explains the reasoning behind each step and provides alternative options. These explanations offered valuable insight into the inner workings of true professionalism, helping me develop and grow. As a result, I now feel confident in my ability to job hunt independently.
You will learn from Coach Aman’s experience and that of the other students who have joined the program. We all share our failures and successes, enabling us to quickly identify what works well and what doesn’t so that we can make the best adjustments.
This program was one of the best investments in my personal and professional growth. I only wish I’d learned these lessons back in university. Trusting Coach Aman was the right move—and if you match his effort, it could be a great fit for you too. 💯💯
Follow the program exactly as told and you will see results, NO DOUBT!!
I joined the Software Engineering Accelerator on March 15, 2025. I diligently completed all the modules and followed the strategies and practices exactly as outlined.
Within the first two months, I secured over 35 referrals and 7 interviews with companies like Amazon, Intel, DocuSign, and more. Prior to this, I had not received a single interview despite of my efforts. Up until now (Jan 2026), I have secured 3 Software Engineering Internship offers at Matterport, Tesla, and American Express.
I would 100% recommend this program to anyone struggling to find Software Engineering Internships/Jobs.

Great but hard
The accelerator is great if you’re looking to be guided to get an internship or a job in the SWE market in 2025. It gives you a clear path and methods that worked. The community and mentors available inside were truly valuable. I would recommend you to have around 20 hours a week to be able to get the most out of the program.

Aman truly set me on the right track–and I saw real results.
Before starting the Accelerator, I had cold applied to plenty of internships. A few led to interviews, but I wasn’t prepared enough to succeed. I knew I needed more structure, clarity, and discipline in my approach. After watching one of Aman’s YouTube videos mentioning the Accelerator program, I booked a consultation. I’m so glad I did.
What I gained was a complete system for mastering the job hunt from start to finish, with weekly and monthly milestones for progress. Although I was taking an especially demanding college course load with other commitments, I was motivated, and made the program a priority.
Within two months, I had landed three internship offers and turned down two additional interviews—all from top-tier tech companies.
My favorite part was how accessible Aman is, and his commitment to your success. Whether it’s on a call, or over messaging either personally or in the class community, his advice is promptly available. I found it most helpful to be able to hop on a call with Aman within the next couple of days to get my questions answered or practice my interview skills.
My advice for anyone considering the program: it is absolutely possible to conquer your career goals while juggling a busy life—as long as you have the drive and time management. And the best part? Aman actually teaches you how to build both.
I highly recommend the Accelerator.

My Experience i the Accelerator
This program completely changed the game for me. Before joining, I barely got any interviews. After following Aman's program, and completed the resume optimizations and targeted networking strategies taught in the modules, I applied to only around 60 jobs and saw traction.
I started getting recruiter reach outs from top companies like TBC, TikTok, Vori, Endeavor AI, and Astrocade, and also received responses from my direct applications to Amazon, DigitalOcean, and Valuenex. My interview rate skyrocketed, and with a success rate of 20% or more per interview, I knew I was on track to land something big — and I did. I landed Amazon and DigitalOcean Offers.
The structure of the program, the systems, community and the accountability made a massive difference.

My Experience in the Accelerator
I was one of Aman's first students who joined the program early in 2024 and I have to say that it was probably one of my best decisions in my journey to becoming a software engineer!
Prior to joining the program, much of knowledge in finding internships and applying to various tech roles was quite limited and thus the results I was experiencing in that specific internship cycle were quite dismal. I applied to hundreds of places day and night and only received a handful of OAs. With the January coming around in 2024 alongside the end of the recruiting cycle, I knew I had to change something in order to land an internship that summer.
By enrolling in Aman's program, he not only gave me the advice required on how to effectively find internships, but also how to efficiently prepare for them as well. As a student new to this whole ball game, searching for all this information online can be quite overwhelming, but the comforting thing about Aman's program is that he is a student just like you who has been through the exact same circumstances! Every question you have, he has almost always also thought about and thus is there to help!
The program now has grown quite significantly and has many other individuals as well that one can interact. This large community of like-minded can also serve as a large scale motivation tool in the journey and may also be useful in gaining advice or first-hand experiences.
Overall, through Aman's program I was able to land two amazing internships at large scale companies in 2024 as well as in 2025. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend!

I got an internship because of this…
I got an internship because of this program.
I 100% recommend the program. I can undoubtedly say that I wouldn't be where I am at right now in my career, if it wasn't for the program. He provides you with everything you need, but it is your job to actually put in the work. He cannot do it for you. However, he will always be there to answer any specific questions.
You can definitely find this stuff through your own research. You can find anything online. However, you are also paying for the convenience of having all this information in one place. On top of that you have a mentor to help every step of the way, which is huge. Almost every successful person had a mentor. I don't know how well your knowledge is in terms of landing an internship, but I will say that when I started, all I was doing was cold applying. Within the first week, I set up a well formatted LinkedIn and resume. Throughout the whole program I was learning a lot. If I was to go out and try to learn all this by myself, it would have taken me a very long time, and I probably wouldn't even learn everything I learned from the program.
If you feel you can do it yourself, go right for it. You will only gain good things from joining the program. Yes it cost a lot, but just think of it as an investment in your self. How well you perform and what you achieve will be your ROI. Everything you need in order to land an internship is in that program in my opinion. Also he has a money back guarantee if he can't land you an internship.

Amazing program!
This program was very organized, motivating, and supportive. I personally went into the Accelerator with 0 internships. The Accelerator helped me optimize every single step of the job-searching process. Firstly, it helped me get some initial unpaid experience which I was able to add to my resume. Through personalized coaching and the video modules provided as part of the program, I was able to market these new experiences in a concise yet impressive way on my resume and land incredible interviews at top companies. Through the systems taught, I mastered my interviewing skills. I came out of the program with 3 offers including 2 from FAANG companies!!
The coaches really do a good job with making sure you are consistent and don't give up no matter how tempting it could feel in the moment. They teach you how to be focused and confident at every step of the way. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for their first internship or job in tech!
