Bought 3 sabers for me and my family and we love them! They are well built, light and solid! Not fragile at all! Highly recommend!

This was a complete scam. I ordered 3 sabers on April 19th (order number 21282) under a "pay one, get three" promotion. I've attempted to contact them repeatedly through email, direct messages on both Instagram and Facebook, and by leaving comments on their pages using two different accounts.
Received only one answer via email on April 29th stating that the products were due to ship on the next Wednesday. They've blocked me and my friend on Instagram and they never answered to all my other emails.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I intend to file a chargeback request with my bank.

I purchased 3 sabers for $824, never received them and they never respond to any of my messages using their info@swasabers

Total scam they just take the money and no product

Absolutely trash. Only 1 saber worked out of my buy 2 get 1 free set. I have tried to get in touch with them twice and have heard nothing back.

I bought sabers under their three for one deal in December 2025 under a before Christmas delivery guarantee. the order was only dispatched on the 20th of December and arrived in late January. within two weeks of receiving 2 out of the three light sabers have stopped functioning entirely. they do not enter standby mode or show any sign of function. i have been completely ignored by the support team, and because it was under a 3 for one promotion which is still active, the sabers are not covered for any warranty. over all terrible experience for such a pricey product. I ordered the durablade sabers for 456 dollars, so even considering the three for one, it still cost 152 per saber. atrocious service and quality do not recommend

I love the sabers but I snapped my blade in my hilt by heavy dueling which is advertised and which is advertised can’t remove it i need a replacement blade sent to me

Bad unresponsive support , scum

It’s fun, until a crazy expensive saber stops working and the company ghosts you. I bought these for Christmas for my husband and my autistic teen boys. One never worked or turned on. It had battery power and does the voices, but the blade won’t light up. I tried Facebook messaging, they turned it off. I emailed customer at service with no response. I can’t find a phone number to call. Don’t waste your money. You take a big risk spending hundreds of dollars on a product that so far, has a 30% fail rate.

The products and customer service are terrible.

Ordered 3 lightsabers for that buy 1 get 2 free. It took longer than the 5 days to ship but they arrived 3 weeks after purchase. They arrived intact, no damage and nothing was missing with the exact sabers that I ordered. Took maybe 10min to get all three put together and immediately starting playing with them. Amazing quality. After we purchased them I did get a bit worried after reading reviews, but in the end they are legit. They just take a long time to ship and are almost never shipped within the 5 day window. So if you buy one, they are legit, just expect them to arrive at around the 1 month time after purchase.

Worst Experience Ever. Took a month to receive Sabers from BUY 1 get 2 Free deal for my kids. Then 1 Saber doesn't have sound and the charger came broken. Reached out to SWA, after a few days they responded telling me I'm wrong and they should work fine. They never responded to the broken charger. I asked if I could exchange the 1 that didn't have sound, and exchange 1 other for the Pixel Blade. They told me I bought the cheap ones so what do I expect. Excuse Me, but $500 isn't Cheap. After I made a comment on FB page, they deleted my comment and Blocked me from their page. So I made a comment on IG with screenshot of the disrespectful and rude conversation I had with 'The Help' (Customer Service)
They blocked me on IG also, then proceeded to text me more disrespectful and rude BS telling me to stop posting Nonsense Comments on Social media. I'll try to post the screenshots here also. Waste of money, time, and patience.
Do Not Order SWA. TRASH SCAMMERS. My Kids and Myself are Very Disappointed 😞. I'm currently trying to dispute charges with CC company. JUNK.

I Was Not Fully Refunded, That Is A Lie. I got a $133 refunded by Affirm. And 1 of the Sabers does not work, neither does the battery charge. I stand by my original review, SWA Sabers are Trash Company. Keep Trying.

The sabers themselves are great quality. No complaints about the actual product. The problem is everything that comes after the sale.
My nephew broke the hilt on a combat saber. Their website policy said they'd replace combat sabers if they broke. I reached out and someone told me they'd send a replacement. I followed up, got ghosted. Waited months, tried again through Instagram and other channels. Never heard back.
On top of that, my fiance and several friends from church ordered multiple sabers and never received them. No responses to emails, nothing. They all had to file bank disputes to get their money back.
If SWA Sabers had even halfway decent customer service, this would be a 5-star review. The product is solid. But a warranty that isn't honored and complete radio silence when customers need help makes it impossible to recommend.

Like many other single-star reviews here have indicated, SWA sabers is not a reliable brand and struggles to deliver on most of their claims. I placed an order for a buy 1 get 2 free deal (don't feel tempted, as Ackbar would say, "It's a trap!") which seems to be running all the time. It took them forever to ship, and when they did the only shipped part of the order. They were completely unresponsive to my messages concerning the timeline for delivery on other parts of the order, and completely stopped responding after a message or two. I was quite patient about this, but ultimately had to dispute this with the card company after documenting many unanswered attempts to communicate with the company.

In short, there are plenty of more reliable places to get sabers from that will not sap the joy from your desired saber experience. Avoid SWA Sabers.

As a star wars fan these sabers are great!! I'd seen SWA sabers ad several times and had finally decided to check it out. It was during the buy one get 2 free deal. I was a little skeptical considering how well built they looked at first glance and the cool features added. For me after having my sabers to play with for a few days now what i have to say it this, I bought the Valyrian and getting the Guardian and Acolyte for free, each just radiates a different aura and feeling
when held, a good weight and grip. I love that I'm able to change blade color, sound and effects to really customize and make them my own. The guide manual is easy to follow with a bit of practice its easy to begin switching things up. Now i haven't really tested them in a duel but i have practiced against a wooden dummy with a bit of padding and the blade holds up. When putting them to charge it was a nice surprise when the programming says charging. Charge time, well im not sure how long they're supposed to charge but I let them charge for about an hour to two they've lasted me a few days. When it comes to delivery for me there was a bit of wait time but thats something that can't be controlled the only thing lacking were real time update status. The sabers come with their own charging cord but no block, as well as screws that are meant to hold the blade in place. All in all I'd say my personal experience was great.

Terrible experience, the blade of my sword stopped working less than a month after use and these SCAMMERS, after apologizing for the lack of communication (which was there even before the product arrived), after telling me that they would send me another blade “asap,” disappeared into thin air. Almost three weeks have passed and I have no trace of any new tracking number.
There is no warranty, and the blade they offer is of poor quality. Do not purchase ANYTHING from these SCAMMERS.

I took advantage of the 3 for 1 offer for my husband's birthday not in January and we had a good experience. I ordered without seeing the reviews about shipping first but honestly within a week maybe the 3 sabers were in the hands of UPS and then about 5 business days later they were at our front door, so I really have no complaints about the shipping at all. The sabers themselves are great, my husband loves the look of all 3 of them and they were very easy to put together. The instructions on how to change settings took a little bit of playing with to understand properly but now my husband knows how to change the color of the blades and whatnot. Pretty pleased overall, my husband has been wanting a lightsaber for ever and now he has 3!

PLEASE do not waste your money on this site. Their website is a fraud. Not a US based company. You cannot reach anyone from this company to remedy any problems, and you will have problems. Can’t comment on the product, never received it. Forced to fight them through American Express. DO NOT waste your money and create frustration for yourself.

The Sabres are very realistic, durable and lots of fun…… I bought 3 of them. Amazing.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from SWA Sabers so far.
I placed a high-value order (£708) which was sent via Evri. The courier has since indicated that the parcel may be lost, yet instead of reassurance or a clear resolution plan, I have been met with dismissive and condescending responses.
When I asked for the matter to be investigated urgently, I was told to “be patient” and reminded of time zone differences, rather than being shown any empathy or understanding given the value of the order and the stress caused by a potentially lost parcel.
At no point has there been clear communication about what will happen if the parcel is confirmed lost (refund or replacement), and I have had to repeatedly chase for basic information.
At this stage, the lack of empathy, poor communication, and failure to take ownership of the issue has significantly damaged my confidence in this company. I would strongly advise caution when ordering high-value items if Evri is used as the courier.
