Product different from website, overpromises

Very poor experience. Despite clear communication, over whatsapp, the ring arrived oversized.
Even worse, the stone was not aquamarine - just zircon, and not even shaped the way it has been pictured. A sharp triangle instead.
I contacted Sachin from Swarish, who speaks very reassuringly aganin and again saying a refund will be processed, but hasn't actually done anything.
It has been 3 months and its still not done.
