I sent 1000 USDC TRC20

[UPDATE] 05.09.2025 Four months have passed, and there is no refund, nor will there be one.

These people took my $1,000, then asked for another $100 for a refund. I sent them the money, and they stole it. I sent more than 100 emails to their address, support\at/swapter.io.

If you don't want to lose your money and be brazenly deceived, don't use this service. I really regret not reading the reviews about them before sending them the money. They stole it, and as of now, that is a fact.

I sent 1000 USDC TRC20
The site was unable to make the exchange, so I requested a refund. They demanded 10% of the exchange amount, 0.04 ETH, for the refund (its 100$ at current rate)

It's been 24 hours now, I have not been refunded. Swapter support has not responded for 9 hours.

What is going on? Please refund me, I already sent you 1000 USDC and 0.04 ETH.

Why don't you refund? Why you don't respond by email and in site chat ?

You responded to this review “please provide transaction ID” but you know that on this site you can not leave responses to comments from the owner of the resource, it is misleading and an attempt to discredit the reviews left here.

I hope TrustPilot administrators will read this and make an appropriate note on your service.

Terrible Exchange

They took over two hours to send the tokens which were only supposed to take maximum of 45 minutes. I had to contact them on their support site for a "live agent" which was clearly not live in order to get them (it took 10-15 to get a response after saying I was being connected). After asking for a refund they sent me less than the amount of tokens that was intended through the fixed rate exchange on SwapSpace instead of a refund.

Do not use this exchange, this is not the first time I have had issues with this exchange.

Scam Website !!!

Be aware it's scam website, I sent money but the order stucked on confirmation (I sent them the hash of transaction with more than thousand confirmation) but I have not got money yet after 3 days. The support is awful and they don't respond.

Swapter is a scam

Sent the funds and they never forwarded the exchanged funds, and won’t respond to any inquiries. Complete scam. Avoid if you like not being robbed blind.

Be patient, they come through

Be patient sometimes, there can be many changes from exchanges the team has to work through. Submit your TX and then go do something else for a while. They will deliver. :)

1rst time, it was horrible! It took over 3 hours for my transaction to be confirmed and their crypto prices were wrong. 2nd-time trying, website is revamped, so experience was very nice. It explained all the steps. NOW, I recommend Swapter. 1rst = :( 2nd = :)

You sent a coin which requires 300 confirmations to be credited (i.e. the deposit can take several days to arrive).

We tried to speed up the exchange process and also paid you more than originally stated when you created the transaction.

Waited over 3 hours for the exchange

Waited over 3 hours for the exchange. They received my coins in less than a minute but it was stuck exchanging for over 2 hours and then they shorted me the amount of coins I was supposed to recieve. They will keep the exchange going until they get the exchange rate in their favour and then they will finally send your coins. Never using them again.

Never received my funds

UPDATED: Swapter replied here on Truspilot saying they have written an email, but I have never received any email or any other response from swapter.

I started the exchange 3 weeks ago, sent the funds, swapter.io received them with the confirmations, but I never received the exchanged funds. The order has the endless "Sending" status.

Support agent replied several times and said just to wait, now they don't respond.

Swap was veeery slow and I received…

Swap was veeery slow and I received less than what was announced. Even though floating rate, I got a less favourable outcome regardless of the fact that due to price fluctuation, it should've been over 14% more.

Initiated 3 swaps, the last one still isnt complete. (+3h and counting...)
