I purchased a ticket for a soldout concert. The ticket turned out to be valid at the gate, however, I was overthinking a lot it till the day of the show. Luckily, the Swapper support is absolutely amazing (actually, it’s a founder of the platform from what I understand): helpful, ready to provide questions and sort things out for you quickly. One ‘issue’ I had was completing a purchase via my payment system. Swapper proactively suggested an efficient workaround for me and even contacted their payment provider to turn on my location for future purchases.

Ofc, you gotta understand that 3rd party resellers are still a risk but it’s easier when you know the platform won’t leave you alone if anything happens.

Although i bought fake tickets, i got full refund and a sincere apology. There is always some risk involved in buying tickets from re-sellers, but none of them (particularly viagogo, they don't even respond) have such an amazing customer support.

I had an issue with fake ticket which was sold to me through this platform. I immediately contacted Customer Service about what happened. They answered me the next day and tried to fix this unpleasant situation the best way the could. I did not expect to get my money back but today I received an amazing message that the seller was found and our money will be paid back. Thank you very much for the effort you made in this case and that you helped us in every possible way!

Everything was good. I bought 3 tickets for Ewa Farna concert 2 weeks before and we got in with no problem!

I was a little nervous if the tickets would be valid because I wouldn't be doing anything else on the spot. In addition, for two tickets I was sent a different format each time (I bought on Swapper from different sellers) The drama was when my wife was sent home from the gate that she had a fake ticket. She tried at another gate and again - fake ticket. Finally, someone advised her to try the VIP entrance and they let her in with the gift package. Everything turned out well in the end, I just don't understand where they hire those ignorant people to work at the gates. (Depeche Mode O2 Arena)

Much safer to buy tickets on swapper than by someone you dont know. Its not 100% safe of course, but I have good experience. It depends on seller himself.

The import of the Tickets was not working, but I got help from customer support that was also very fast. Some guidance or best practice on HOW to sort special kind of tickets (fe. Theater), where it could be very interesting for the customer to know which ticket they exactly buy (area, row, seat), could be very helpful. The selling itself and payment at all was working very well.
