While the fees might be more than what's on offer from exchanges, we offer the most competitive fees in the cryptocurrency on ramping space and we're also looking to lower fees wherever possible.
The provider fee is high as you've chosen a payment method with a 10% payment processing fee, which is much higher than other payment methods such as credit card (1.75%) or EUR bank transfer (0.5%).
The network fee can also be reduced by choosing a coin on a much cheaper network, such as Solana, XRP or Litecoin.
Please note that both of these fees do not benefit Swapped in any way, we are simply passing over the cost that we have to pay the payment provider, and the fee we have to pay to send the crypto payment, over to the customer.

It was very fast compared to other payment system I used, much less steps, I did not need to give my ID, face mapping and all sort of information.
It did fail the first time I used it though, but maybe it was the connection with the platform.
