Refund speed depends on a lot of a different things - what payment method was used, what bank you have, what day of the week it was made etc. Refunds are never immediate as the flow to refund the payment is completely different compared to the deposits flow.
Manual bank transfer refunds are faster usually then card payment refunds. Card payment refunds can vary a lot bank to bank as a lot of customers banks do not recognize refunds and prefer to wait out merchant no-collect time, and then void the payment reservation. Some banks do not process refunds over the weekends and banking holidays since refunds require manual action from their end.
Average refund speed for cards is 72 hours so it sounds like you got it faster than that.

horrible service
horrible service. Firstly, they take your money before having you verify, which is competely unethical. Then, when I did verify, they customer support talks about some bs and permanantly ban my account without giving a reason when all i asked is what they are talking about. Better of using binance or something else.
