So the price is ok for a bike to rent with a certain service. But having to wait for email answers for 5 days and having to wait in the store for an hour is just bad service. Maybe with the rentré it is a lot of requests at a time, but actually this could easily be solved with an extra employee at the store (only one employee for whole of Paris?!).
The one working in store was very nice and calm even though he could have been quite angry with regard on his company. Big thanks to him :) but Swapfiets as company can do better.

I have joined the service over a week ago. Aside of the first email saying I would be contacted in 48hrs to arrange my bike pickup, I didn't get any message. Trying to contact this company have resulted with no answer. For a company that is all about service this doesn't forbode well. They happily took the money upfront though.

I went to Lyon store to pick up my bike. It was in time, the employee was very cheerful and helpful. Everything was so easy.

Very kind & a fast swap.
However he had a delay in the delivery and this happens every time when I request a swapfiets. It would be helpful if the timeslots of delivery are respected.

I lost my keys on friday. It’s monday and i already have new keys ! I used the very good swapfiets application and someone called me in the hour.

Fast, efficient and very practical. Saw the ad on Instagram at 10am and had my bike at 1pm. As Eddy at the store said, the Netflix of personal bike renting!
