Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, in all the years I’ve been buying online I’ve never experienced anything like this. Returned goggles as instructed having tried them on once at home, heard nothing, kept chasing, finally 3 weeks later they told me that they would only refund half the value as the goggles had been used and there were ‘watermarks’ clearly implying I’d worn them swimming. Having sent a further 4 emails to them to object very strongly to this suggestion, I have again heard nothing back from them at all. Totally unacceptable, would NEVER buy from them again.

Avoid Terrible non-existent customer service

Returned prescription goggles to them to get a refund (goggles too small but not used) and did not get any acknowledgement. Have sent so many emails, most of which have been ignored. Initiated a refund via Paypal as I was getting nowhere, and then they told me if I cancelled it they would refund me. Has not happened. I have proof of the return and Paypal confirmed that I have not been refunded in any way. In one email it says I have been refunded, and also that they cannot refund me? Makes no sense at all! I'm so disappointed with this, just a terrible way to treat a customer.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Prescription goggle leaks water

Prescription goggle leaks water, reflected to the company a few times, the company did’t reply when it did months later, it said it can not doing anything due to the time that has past. Complained of poor customer service, again company does not reply. Very poor service
