Trustworthy
I have waited to give this review as there was a slight issue with my order and I wanted to wait and see if resolved before reviewing. Part of my order came very quickly however part did not, in fact it's taken weeks. Now though this was frustrating, I know the courier and postal systems are overwhelmed at present and this is impacting on deliveries. Also, some of these products are coming from far afield so delays happen. I did contact swanson about my delayed delivery and again, due to the situation a response took time but it did come. There was a very polite email conversation with Louise and a good explanation of the issues at present. I told Louise I would contact her once my order was delivered and it has just arrived. I have therefore given swanson a 5 star review as my order has arrived, intact, the products I wanted and one was quite unusual and also the excellent customer service via email. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Happy to receive my order
I received my ordered product despite of the current environment, but could have done with some more feedback on the status of my order then I got.
Apart from that I was very happy with the product and plan to continue to purchase from Swanson.
