I really like the system

I really like the system and generally works very well very simple to put together and install my reason for not giving five stars. It very often has long delays between motion and record but for my first security system overall very good

It said delivery in days

It said delivery in days, got email to say dispatch day 20th. Now 29th have emailed no reply. Still nothing has arrived. Concerned as it is a lot of money for 1 camera and nothing after 3 weeks and not able to contact them either. No reply from emails, or online complaint form, 35 minutes on hold finally got off shore answer, they dont know where my order is, and said they will email me tomorrow after they find out. I suspect that will not happen. Might have to contact my bank for refund...
Ref Mary from the swann team. I have not received your or any email from Swann about this???? More mis informatiin....hiw do i reply to a fucticious email that you never sent and does not exist?

There is no service after you buy…

There is no service after you buy product. No repair service. Bought product best buys. No installation this was first red flag. Have had issues with camera. Called them ( when they answered,) They read a script and try to fiqure out. I told them the camera not working. 5 calls later they told me camera not working. I had to cut the camera and send it before I received a new one. So many other issues. Now DVR not working, shut down. I tried calling Swann AI refereed me to go on line. You have to BUY A SUBSRIPTION for them to get back to you. I went to three places to look at the DVR. All said they cannot work on it; even best buys where i purchased it. So know I am looking to purchase a new system

The camera I ordered is not compatible…

The camera I ordered is not compatible with my NVR. I tried calling customer service no answer if I would’ve known how bad their customer service system is, I would’ve never purchased a Swann Security system. Now I’m out $100.

Apple Pay Checkout Error, Poor Resolution

2 stars.

I ordered solar panels from Swann on Saturday and selected Apple Pay at checkout. The order paid immediately and did not give me a proper chance to confirm or change the shipping address. It was sent to the wrong address in the wrong state.

I contacted support right away and sent the corrected address. On Monday morning, they asked for the new address again, so I sent it again. I received no meaningful response, and by noon I got a shipping confirmation showing it had still been sent to the wrong address.

When I called support, I was told nothing could be done because the shipping label had already been created. I then had to pay to get it shipped to the right place, involve a friend to handle the transactions, and deal with this dragging on for weeks.

The company’s service deserves 1 star. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because Mehl did their best, but it was obvious they were limited in what they were allowed to do.

Generally good quality and the app is straightforward to install . there were no screws with the angled wall plate to attach the camera fixing plate too. These are tiny screws and were not included in the kit. Swann took ten days to send it so these are the reasons for only three stars

So I'm back where I started I could…

So I'm back where I started I could return these things get a refund not going to bother not worth my time.
Biggest issues still never got addressed. The fact is, that these cameras keep burning out. No matter what ,I'm still stuck with the same DVR recorder that doesn't work never could link it up never can control it always goes back to the same setting so would not recommend after all sorry.
Shopping right now for a totally different brand.
