Trustworthy and cheap fees
I've been buying from Swan for years. Never had issues with my bitcoin going missing or transferring it to my cold storage. Also, the fees they charge are the lowest I've seen. 1% fee with Swan vs. the approximate 10% all the other competitors charge, it's a no brainer who I would buy with.

Used to love it, now I can’t withdrawal??!!
EDIT 2- Thank you for the reply, Swan support. I do appreciate it and I admit I was pretty heated when the issue occurred. My main issue with the whole deal was communication. I got an unsettling generic withdrawals paused message on Fri and did not hear anything until later Mon. Improving this lag in the future would restore another star to my rating. Thank you again.
EDIT- They have reached out and fixed the issue (Fri-Mon). I appreciate the outreach but am still shaken by what I perceive as a breach of trust.
I have enjoyed and used Swan for several years now and would have rated 4/5 stars up until 1 week ago.
There was some market volatility and I needed to use some of my BTC that I bought and held in my Swan account.
I tried to transfer it out and was slapped with a “withdrawals paused” message with a button to reach out to support. Well, I did and have not heard back for 48 hours now.
This IS their service, and they are refusing access to my own funds without an explanation so far or a heads up. Completely unacceptable. If I had not tried to withdrawal, would I have ever been notified, or was it a “soft issue” where they allow USD in and pretend that all is well until it’s time for BTC to go out?

Basically the whole point of Bitcoin is that I don't like people messing with my money. And I've had some infuriating experiences with other exchange providers doing exactly that for indiscernible reasons with little recourse. So far, Swan have held up their end of the deal and I've had no such issues. Very clear terms and pricing, straightforward execution. I also enjoy the sats/dollar view. Haven't tried the other asset management services, but makes a lot of sense to offer them and I appreciate that.
