I signed up for Accountable for my business, but I got stuck because of my nationality. I didn't have a valid passport for the requested country, so the normal verification process wouldn't work for me.
I was frustrated but, I reached out to support for manual verification, and the team guided me through the process base on my residency instead. They were very friendly, always in touch instantly, and supported me throughout several days until I finally got verified.
The entire support team was responsive, patient, and didn't give up on my case.
Now I am fully verified and able to use Accountable's services for my business. Thank you to the whole team for making it work.
They handle hundreds of millions of euros of their customers' money, yet they don't even offer a simple hotline for resolving issues. Due to their technical issues, it's not possible to update my phone number, and there is no way to talk to a support agent. I submitted two messages via their contact forms and received no response, not even a case number.
As a developer, I really enjoy the GraphQL API I found on their website - looks really well thought out and smart. Hope to have to use it in one of my next projects!

The response time was excellent, and I appreciate the efficiency. However, the fee of 45€ for a standardized automated letter is excessive. Since this document is a mandatory regulatory requirement for my audit, charging such a high margin for an automated process lacks transparency and fairness. This is the reason for my rating.
Very happy with the services and customer support from SWAN. Especially Tanz was very helpful, and kindly solved my issue very quick!
