Interesting shop with lots of choices and some unique stuff sometimes not available in my country.

The website is secure and you can even pay with Paypal.

However:

- Communication almost nonexistent between seller and me:

If you don't want to talk maybe avoid selling products then?

- This is one of the worst delivery services ever (evri/colis prive):

I didn't receive my package where it's due but in a shack somewhere 10 km away from my house and two weeks later!

The deliverer could've deposited the package in a Mondial Relay locker or at the post but no, he went in some random town in middle of nowhere, pretty awful to retrieve my stuff!

I highly suggest you changing your delivery service to something better.

Also with all this mess, maybe avoid international shipping from now on?

These guys are awful, no communication, ive been waiting over 2 weeks for my order and with them not having a telephone number to sort issues out, its been a nightmare, ive asked for a refund and not been given it, ive seen my package being moved about royal mail to and from the same places to then realise whatever that reference is connected to isnt my address, these guys are run like a joke, avoid

I purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite with a faulty screen in order to attempt repairing it. During the online checkout, it was stated that I would receive the console in 1–2 days. However, it has now been 9 days and I still haven't received the item; it actually says "Order Received, Preparing." on my account page. I emailed the sales team asking for an update, and they told me that they are not being able to locate the item in their warehouse... This is a bummer because I have already purchased the LCD screen replacement for the repair — and, funny enough, it already arrived from China (quicker than they could locate their stock in a UK warehouse).

I ordered a PS4 controller for my son for his birthday and when he used it for the first time the L2 button wasn't responsive so I contacted the seller, Swallow Games Ltd, and not only were they fantastic at dealing with the issue, they sorted a replacement and sent it that day. All whilst keeping in contact with me every step of the way! Amazing customer service! I 100% recommend this company.

I was a bit sceptical due to the low price and free delivery, but seeing as it was a low value item that I ordered I took the risk. Arrived 3 days after ordering, and works perfectly.

I purchased a used handheld games console that was listed as having a faulty display, it came well packaged and exactly as described. It arrived within 48 hours, room a couple days to repair and now im using it as intended and having a blast, it came in great condition and from this sole experience so far I would buy from these guys again

Do not buy from these guys. Gamecube controllers were faulty as the buttons intermittently did not work. Emailed Swallow Games and this was their reply:

.. we sell hundreds and never have any issue so if you have 2 it will be something your end.

eh? So put in for a refund and of course they ignore you. So had to go via the platform customer service (who were awesome) and lo and behold we got a refund.

I purchased a ps4 controller over a month ago which was either a fake or it was was refurnished without stating on the website! The controller didn't work on day one and I have sent emails and had no reply...
There is no use emailing as you wont get a reply!
Clearly sketchy practice and should be avoided!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. If only I'd have checked here before ordering. Last week I ordered a dualshock 4 controller for my playstation 4. There are two types on the site official and unofficial. I know for a certain fact I ordered official. The controller even turned up with Sony branding front and back yet when i started to use it it was immediately noticeable it wasn't Sony on the inside. The analog sticks are sloppy and most definitely not original dualshock 4 parts. Also when my headset is plugged in to the controller the sound is absolutely diabolical compared to my official dual shock 4. Now, I only payed £26.99 for this controller which is cheap for a dual shock 4 but I know for a fact that I ordered an official Sony controller and that is not what I received. It's glaringly obvious that they are trying to pull a fast one with these so please proceed with caution. They don't respond to emails regarding refunds so I think I'm stuck with this useless rubbish.

Update.......

Do not believe the response from swallow games below. I checked once, checked twice and checked again that I ordered a Sony controller as I was aware there were third party knock offs on the site. I know what I ordered no matter what the order receipt says. The controller even has the Sony branding and information on the front and back. I have proof of this. They tried pulling a fast one and have been found out it's as simple as that. Do not shop with these people.

Bought some games from their webstore. Unfortunately 1 game didn't work, so I wrote them. A week later, no reply at all
