Beautiful meat, safe & reliable delivery
My first order has just arrived as expected, on time and without a hitch. The meat all looks amazing, and is beautifully presented - all labelled clearly, and ready for the freezer without me having to repackage. The ice packs were still well frozen, so the packaging had clearly done its job. So, whilst I'm always a bit wary of ordering meat online, I have to say that I'm well impressed. Ten out of ten from me...😊

bad experience
Couldn't find my order and didn't bother helping.
Got it delivered without any notification, the delivery driver left it outside in the hot sun.
All the food had to be cooked then and there or thrown away due to the poor delivery and service from this butchers.
Absolute horrible experience.
Staff are useless and very unhelpful.
Your poor service is continuing by breaking my freedom of speech. Shockingly bad

After looking into your order, we noticed that the email address provided was misspelt, which is why you did not receive the order confirmation, shipping updates, or delivery notifications from DPD. This simple mistake can lead to unfortunate consequences, as it did in this case. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, but it could have been easily rectified had we been informed when you didn’t receive your confirmation email.
Given your experience with our service from previous orders, we’re surprised that this wasn’t flagged earlier, as it’s common practice to get in touch if an email confirmation doesn’t arrive. We encourage all customers to contact us directly in such situations, allowing us to promptly correct the error.
We always strive to provide excellent customer care, and while we understand this situation caused frustration, we feel it's important to avoid directing anger toward our team, who consistently work hard to assist with professionalism and dedication.
We appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuing to improve our service where necessary.

Excellent quality and service
I’ve ordered twice from here now and the quality and the service has been flawless. Great meat, so much variety (I would love to see them stock tri-tip though!), well packed and arrives still really cold. Everyone really enjoyed all of the different stuff we cooked and I wouldn’t order meat any where else from now on.

Top quality meat delivery each week
The boxes come well packaged, sealed and insulated. There are usually 2 - 3 ice packs inside which cool the meat sufficiently until you receive the box and can put the contents in the fridge/freezer.
As for the meat, it's top quality and I've never had any issues. They never send any frozen meat which is a huge plus.

Unusual Meats available
How easy it was to order, the food arrived cold and ready for freezing. l didn't want to eat this straight away and the fact that l could freeze it was a bonus.
The food looks lovely and l am waiting for some family to come down to cook Hogget (something l have always wanted to try but couldn't find where to buy it)
