I had two windows replaced on Monday, one was in a difficult place to reach, but the fitters got on with the job with grace and ease. This is the third time I've had work done by Swadlincote Windows, and as always, was completed on time and left clean and tidy.

We have just had a full window and door replacement completed by Swadlincote Windows. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and with the service we received from beginning to end.
The staff in the show room allowed us to browse and were there to help but were not pushy in any way. Once we decided to move forward an
appointment was made and Tim North visited us. He was very helpful and quickly provided us with a quote. Nothing was too much trouble and when we altered our order a 2nd quote was sent within 24 hours.
Our windows were ready to be fitted exactly 4 weeks later and the fitters Matt and Andy worked here for 3 days. The standard of their work was outstanding and each day they cleared everything away. They were a great team. Thank you everyone.

Swadlincote Windows - brilliant service and installation of a set of internal (double doors? Black Aluminium partition - brilliant effect separating a large dining room and office space - looks amazing - highly recommended

We have recently had a new front door and side panels fitted by Swadlincote Windows, we are extremely happy with the finished product, the fitters were fantastic and the communication from the company was excellent, more than happy to recommend

The whole experience from having the quote to having the windows installed has been straightforward and professional. The windows are excellent quality and workmen cleared up after themselves.

I was recommended Swad Windows by someone who used them, who also said aftercare was good. The process from quotation to installation and payment was smooth and organised, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Replies to emails were prompt and the chap who came to quote was on time and polite. When it came to door fitting, Dave and Aaron were neat, tidy, quick and polite and fixed a few issues that had come up on installation not anticipated by the quote visit (no-one's fault) and explained everything. The door looks great and is well fitted. I love the stained glass and already have had compliments on how smart it looks! Would reccomend to anyone needing a new door.

The front door and bay window were looking tired, so after a few quotes settled on Swad Windows. They came out did an initial measure up and helped me in the design and choice of goods. There was no hard sell or typical sales tactics and I was left to make my choice. I'm happy to say I made the right decision and a fairly quick turnaround for the installation. The fitters were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and with the exception of a new door and window you wouldn't know they had been at all. Right choice all round and would I recommend Swad Windows, yes I would. Thank you again.229221.

Fantastic end to end experience. Initial enquiry resulted in a prompt visit from Tim who was great, very friendly and knowledgable. Survey and quote were prompt, competitive & very professional and clear.

Decided to go ahead and install was arranged very quickly. Then the quality of the windows and the install was flawless and I could see that the installers took a lot of pride in their work and it shows and the windows themselves seem high quality.

Really happy with my new windows will use Swadlincote Windows for all work of this type in future would highly recommend them.

A competitive quote was provided the same day as the survey. The windows, fascia and door were fitted just over a week later. The installers were polite, hard working and completed the job to a very high standard.

We used Swadlincote windows for what we thought would be a simple warranty transfer, and the whole experience was terrible

Firstly, you have to deal with the rude and abrupt receptionist. After 2 cancelled visits, they turn up at totally the wrong time. After their inspection there is damage to our windows, which we reasonably question, especially as the person visiting tells us exactly how that damage would happen! We then receive threatening emails asking to withdraw our ‘allegations’. We have requested a refund, and they have flatly refused….as the person deciding this is the same person who visited – wow! …… ummm…That sounds fair!. We have no option now but to take legal action, for something that could have been very easily resolved with even average customer service

There are lots of window fitters out there, and my advice, is avoid this lot, as dealing with them has been shocking.

From our first visit to the showroom to the final cleaning of the installed windows we had nothing but a brilliant service. All our requirements were met by the sales team and then the windows and doors were professionally installed. Thank you to all at Swadlincote Windows

Had a stable door replaced with a nice new UPVC door, as well as a new fascia fitted to a bay window and some gutter maintainence. Received a fantastic service from start to finish and couldn't be happier.

By far the easiest and most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. All the way from quotes to the finished product. Good price, no hidden costs. Tim came to do a survey Thursday and the windows were fitted by Monday. The men who came to fit the windows were lovely (I think it was Ian and Paul) quick, efficient and left absolutely no mess at all.
We had a very minor scratch on one pane of glass that the team came back to correct less than 48hrs later no hassle.
