DO NOT BUY HERE

I ordered from this store, after a week of no dispatch or tracking information I tried to contact them. I tried email, text as their website indicate several times without response. I put in a dispute on the credit card and suddenly I had someone contact me. Their customer service is disgusting and I would encourage everyone to never shop here. I am still waiting for an outcome on a refund or the dispute, I do not have high hopes and I feel like I will be going to ACCC over them.

Bad customer service

Purchased a baby rocker ,,it arrived promptly but dose not charge and can not get in contact with customer service after making multiple emails.

They Don’t Offer Refunds — As Stated in Their Policy

I returned an ergoPouch Sleep Suit Bag to the Swaddle Shop and never received a refund. I’ve contacted them multiple times via email and text, but they’ve completely ignored my messages for more than a month. There’s no phone number listed, so there’s no way to speak to anyone directly.

Their website clearly promises refunds, but it seems they don’t. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Very frustrating and disappointing.
