The product is incredibly cheap and does not feel nice. Whoever runs the social media is also so rude when questioned about this product. I have given this away and would definitely NOT recommend anyone to buy from this company. Stick to others who actually appreciate their customers

This comment makes me so sad because we put a lot of love and care into making this product. Perhaps this is a perception issue? Most swaddle and sleepsacks out there are bulky and often heavy. Ours is very different. We pride ourselves on making a very lightweight and breathable product. If you equate quality with heft then you may not have a positive perception of our product. I can assure you the process with which we make these swaddles is very time and labor intesive.
We do appreciate and respect all our customers and we approach every problem as an opportunity.
