APP not easy to follow

APP not easy to follow. Very hard to figure out where 7 min daily exercises were. I thought I would just hit Day 1 video and then start… and the warm up, exercise and cool down would all be on one video. Also, I keep getting phone calls from various coaches. I don’t want a coach.. I just wanted a simple exercise program to do at home. I selected no to texting, guess that doesn’t apply to phone calls.

I just wanted to purchase the 7-minute…

I just wanted to purchase the 7-minute workout for a one-time fee of $29. But the upcharges kept coming and made it look like you had to check the box to continue. Then, I was signed up for a $49 monthly subscription, that I didn't want. I had to call customer service to have that cancelled. I have spent over an hour watching sales videos and talking to customer service and all I wanted was a 7-minute video. After I finished with customer service, I was bombarded with 3 phone calls in a row from Svelte. I finally answered the third call and it was a trainer asking me tons of questions and wanting me to sign up for training. Wow! y'all are worse than pest control companies and twice as shady!

I would give it a five but it’s a bit…

I would give it a five but it’s a bit of a pain to go to warm up and then flow down after each segment. Would be nice even if it just auto popped up whe. Done and you could ignore but just disrupts the flow. One last comment is it’s alittle confusing on the breathing on each exercise. But love the ease and I don’t feel bad doing them. Not seeing results but feel better having moved a bit more and used some of my muscles that were ignored. With my health issues this is saying alot as walking can be a challenge.

I am very disappointed …

I tried this because of my hectic schedule. 7 minute that targets fat burning is essential to me. The site itself is too busy. You get a ton, I mean a tone of promotional emails, but the worst for me was the so called trainer call. I scheduled 3 calls, took off work early for one, scheduled another before work only and all three scheduled calls were a no show on there end. I cannot have my time wasted. I would prefer a company that has it more together..

Finally started losing weight!

I didn’t realise I had been overdoing exercise and that was why I wasn’t losing weight. So I have started Svelte and finding it relatively easy to do, but targeting the muscles I haven’t used or toned much. I’m having more energy and the weight is slowly shifting in the right direction! I’m doing this alongside a running app that is building up my running stamina. It’s even helping me with that :)

Svelte coaching

I joined in January with Svelte Coaching, and it taught me that

It is okay to… to have this journey. It's okay to love yourself again.
It's not about the numbers on the scale, which I always thought it was, but it's not about the numbers on the scale, it's about what is going on, the positive things that your body is changing inside
And you may hate the way you look, you may hate those numbers on the scale, but your body is making those positive changes.
Just by the eating healthier, learning these materials, and eventually, you have to be patient with the process, you will get there.

It’s good for everyone beginner on up

So far, everything has been great. The workouts are good and the online follow up and messages are great. I had to take a little time off cause I hurt my ankle at work, so I’m probably going to run through the beginner session again before moving onto intermediate

Best choice I’ve ever made!

It’s been 9 months since my last review for svelte training. And I think they deserve another 5 star! I started this program just over a year ago. I reached my goal so fast. And have now EXCEEDED my weight loss goal. The focused mind body workouts are fun, short, and leave you energized. They really work! But a tip as well…. You need to be motivated and actually do the workouts.
I have altered my diet healthy and smaller portions. But now I am able to eat pizza and food I love as well. In moderation of course but I do not feel deprived at all in having great comfort food. I hope whoever is reading this looking for a life change that works will take a chance a go for it! Good luck everyone and thank you svelte team!

I've only been on the program 3 days so…

I've only been on the program 3 days so I can't tell you much. I love the workouts and my body is feeling it. I wish they would not do add one. I paid for coaching but have not heard from them.

One and Done.2

I first used the One and Done program about 5 years ago but life got crazy and my routine fell apart. Fast forward to now and I decided to start again. One of the biggest changes is the delivery system. Having the app on my phone makes it easy to get a workout in almost any time I have 15 minutes, especially since I don’t need any equipment other than perhaps a yoga mat for the cushioning effect! I’m looking forward to working through the Beginner Series again and then moving to the Intermediate exercises which are another welcome change from my first experience with the program.

I love the website and the beginners…

I love the website and the beginners workout. I did not like getting a call I didn't sign up for trying to sell me things I can't afford. He was nice enough but didn't want to take i can't afford extra stuff for an answer. Honestly it kinda irritated me and put me in a mood.
