False advertising and China-manufactured products at SveaBeauty
DO NOT ORDER! SveaBeauty advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee and waterproof formula for their eyebrow cream. However, the product, manufactured in China, is far from waterproof and can be easily wiped off with a piece of paper. Despite their claims of 100% satisfaction guarantee, they expect customers to cover return shipping costs to China in order to get a refund of their falsely advertised product, which is a clear violation of EU consumer protection law.
They also failed to respond to customer service messages in English. It was only after I sent a message in Swedish directly through their website that I received a reply. To this day, the product has not been refunded, nor has a free return option been provided, as mandated by EU consumer law, which they are required to comply with, even if the products are manufactured in China.
To sum up: Avoid SveaBeauty! Despite being marketed as a Scandinavian brand, their waste-of-money "products" fail to live up to claims of waterproof performance and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wish I red these reviews in advance, all 1-2 stars - for a reason. Misleading, illegal advertising and a scam company.
