Do not shop here

Do not shop here. Sizes are not accurate and are mismatch of sizes. Sizes could say large but actually be a size small. Very disappointing. There isn't even a point to the sizing chart since the sizes don't match the product. Can't return my items but it sure is a waste that they don't even fit the slight bit even though they are suppose be my size.

I don't have the option to give 0 star to suzy. Staff specifically the store manager TIA at heartland Mississauga location is extremely rude and arrogant. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. While talking she just walked away when i was asking something. I went there to exchange something showed her the receipt where it was circled about 14 days exchange policy. She simply denied and said go read the receipt.

I don't understand how she promoted as SM having this kind of unethical behaviour. Other staff who was watching her apologized for her behaviour. I stopped buying from suzy earlier and literally this was my mistake going back to this store.

They left THREE security tags on a coat…

They left THREE security tags on a coat which did not go off when I left store so I didn’t know. I live far away from store. Customer service wasn’t willing to do anything about it. Terrible.

Online Sale

I spent my morning doing a bit of online shopping as there was an advertised 40% off sale. However, when I went to pay for my order, I was disappointed to see that the items were full price. When I called customer service to resolve the situation I was told that the system had automatically reset at 0900 ET therefore the deal was no longer available and there was nothing they could do. I live in Saskatchewan and it was only 0700 my time. I understand it was uncontrollable however I do believe the situation could have been handled better by customer service considering there was no way I could have known that was going to happen in that small window of time.

I regret my purchase. flee

I ordered a skirt from Suzy Shier

I ordered a skirt from Suzy Shier. I found they were okay at one time but it's terrible now. They apparently use a different courier service . I work from home and I or my boyfriend is here most of the time. Well apparently my package apparently was dropped off at 3 am ? Strange. Also you can't track package now with Evoli courier service !!! Not before or availability availability even when the package was there. Suzy Shier sent me the Pic of my package but only days after it was dropped off. And I kept asking everyday if they could track it or had any info ? The courier does not ring the doorbell . I had my brother was out for the package. It's possible the package was stolen but if it sat their for hours I guess it can happen. The skirt was cheap but even so. I never had this problem ever . They suggest I go to their store. I suggest to get a decent courier service ...

They don’t care about customer satisfaction. Took my money and didn’t send my product

In February, I placed an online order that included clothing and a Prestige Card (a discount card costs $25). While I received the clothing, the card never arrived. I didn’t follow up immediately because in Canada I understand that mail delays or misdeliveries happen so I waited patiently.

In early May, I contacted customer service to inquire about the missing card. The agent told me I should have reached out within 30 days and insisted their warehouse “never fails” to deliver. Her tone and attitude implied that I was lying about not receiving the card which was both offensive and completely inappropriate.

I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. Rather than helping, the agent abruptly ended the chat while I was still typing, without even offering a proper resolution. I never spoke disrespectfully, yet I was treated in a completely unacceptable manner.

This experience has completely changed how I see their brand. Not only did I pay for a product I never received, but I was also made to feel like a liar for simply asking about it. They’ve lost a loyal customer and the positive word-of-mouth I once shared about their company. It’s truly disappointing to see a policy that disregards honest customer concerns in favor of rigid timelines and blame.

Wonder ful customs service

I always shop at Suzy's. I love the fabric designs and friendly customer service. I always go to the Breamlea City Suzy's; their manager, Samra, is very helpful and makes my shopping very easy.

They charge $25 for membership that was not ordered when I made online order

I made an online order and when it arrived there was a $25 prestige card that I did not order but they charged me for. I emailed them and told them I did not order this card and that they had charged me for it- they said their system does not allow them to refund. They can refund returned items but not a card that I didn't order, have never used, and arrived the same day I called? It is bad enough to be sneaky and steal $25 from a customer but then lie on top of it? Terrible customer service.

No reservation to recommend Suzy

Lately i read some very negative reviews about Suzy Shier. I truly believe those reviews are too personal. With my own experience interacting with Suzy, their customer service responded to my inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. Regarding the garment sizes, i think it may be due to a certain size more geared to what sizes of people to wear. For instance, lately I bought a see-through mesh top. I usually have their small size. This time i ordered medium and it turns out to be perfect and amazing. Because I think for that top, the ideal is for those very petite. For a regular person like myself, I sized it up.
With my 18 years of experience with Suzy, I have no reservation to recommend it to everyone I know. Cheers...

You have the worst customer service on…

You have the worst customer service on line that I have ever dealt with and that is not all. Do not order anything clothing online if you are a small size. They are not true to their sizes. Your order tops you get a large size with tag showing small. You order a dress and the same thing you get a larger size with tag showing small. Not everyone is big in this world. If you cater to larger women then do so I will never ever buy on line again and have unsubscribed from their mailing list. Not to mention the customer service are not helpful at all and to top it off if you want a manger to call back it takes 5 days if they call you back. They are always right and the customer is not so if I did that in my business I would have no customers at all. You tell them and they just do not care. Cannot believe how you can stay in business like this in this day and age.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service I have ever received. I tried 3 times to get someone to contact me back (after hours) for close to 2 weeks - no response, doesn't seem like they check those.

I had an online order that wasn't fulfilled for a month. All the order tracking said it wasn't even shipped out yet, which was absurd! Turns out it's because their system had a glitch and it was shipped to store, now I only have a few days to pick it up.

On the customer service side, when I finally got in contact with someone, they did a bait and switch tactic saying that "compensation is offered on a case by case basis and not guaranteed", just to later say that compensation is not available. It'd be one thing if they just said no to begin with, but I really didn't appreciate their obviously insincere tactic to attempt to placate customers. I was already frustrated to begin with which is why I asked for compensation (for the first time ever, I've never asked this from a company before), but I really didn't like they're dismissive attitude.

Definitely won't shop here again.
