Watch out SUUS.es

On 17 January, I bought a pair of Rick Owens trousers from suus.es. They promise on the website that they will send the products within 48 to 72 hours, but this has not happened (they even have an error on the English website: SUUS ZAPATERIA SL undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 48 to 72 days, counting from the day after the order.) When I contacted them via the online form, there was no reply, so I contacted again on Thursday evening via the info address and got a nonchalant reply that they were on their way... To this day, 27 January, there is still no shipment...
I think they should make an inappropriate effort when ordering online if they want to keep up the reputation of being an avant-garde clothing store.... But maybe this nonchalant response is part of their “avant-garde”...
