Stay away!!

Stay away!!! I have ordered £200 earrings and they came in not useable conditions. No reply from the seller.
The earring came without original package (branded pouch) in a padded envelope with damaged (flat banded) posts. Package (plastic bag) is stating it was Made in India (original earrings made in New York). The earrings are dented and have scratches all over the surface.
I wish I could attach pictures here.

It’s expensive purchase and shouldn’t look so awful.
