Uninvited into our cornish village and…

Invited into our cornish village and trying to turn it into a suburban obstacle course for a handful of cyclist who climb the steep hill from the start. No proper engagement with residents. They would be best to disappear, rather than change their name to Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.

Excellent service

Excellent service from Kieran in Derry, showed me how to use the bike properly, saved me quite some money on taxis to and from places, improved my fitness levels

Amazing work helping to make the UK…

Amazing work helping to make the UK more cyclable and walkable. I really appreciate having safe cycle paths for me and my children, which were promoted by Sustrans. A lot of motorists think traffic is caused by cycle lanes and not due to the dependance on the car. Thanks to Sustrans we have an alternative and our kids love cycling to school.

Political funding theft

A scam organisation that takes millions in funding from the Senedd to push a cycling and anti- motorist agenda that nobody wants. A criminal waste of funds on a lobby group masquerading as a charity, bleeding taxpayer's dry

In my book, just a waste of our money.

Just received a hefty, multi page survey. I ignored the first two, one of which included an offer of a few quid to complete it. I resent such surveys and I just know it's ultimately our money being channelled to such "charity" organisations. I resent the money wasted. What other organisation would spend many millions on such postal surveys? This one...it's for the bin.

It’s a shame I can’t give it zero stars. Promoting cycling etc to the tune of almost £100M funding from the Welsh Government when it’s virtually holding out the begging bowl from Westminster to keep going. I’m sure a few members of this government are heavily involved, yet they’re happily going to “work” in their heavily subsidised Limo’s. Why don’t they cycle into work?

Excellent cycle paths

As a family we often use cycle paths and networks that have had Sustrans involvement, enjoying trips in South Wales. Without them, we’d be far less active and be far more reliant on our car. Keep up the good work!

Your an absolute joke

Your an absolute joke.

The cycle lane being forcefully made in foleshill road in coventry is the biggest p!$$ take so far.

Nobody will ever use it and the millions in money wasted on it and the time spent trying to get to and from work on it now tells me you don't have a clue about what you are trying to achieve and that you have no understanding of the frustrations you have put on everyone!

You're a disgrace.

Annoying people always on cycling track…

Annoying people always on cycling track harassing people for money. Your work is not required, leave it for the government and get out of people’s way. We just want to enjoy using the paths in peace without your commission paid workers harassing them daily. Bristol-Bath cycling track

GPX files are a crock.

I bought the LEJOG book and the GPX files. Don't be fooled. The book is great for planning, but not exactly turn for turn. The GPX files do not work, and are not supported technically by Sustrans. I tried Bikemaps, and Google Maps and after 3 hours gave up. Bikemaps returned my subscription, but Sustrans "do not do refunds."..... I had even added a donation to my order.
