I recently bought a pine sideboard from Sussex Pine. Craig was really helpful and friendly throughout the whole transaction. He delivered the sideboard yesterday and I love it! It is large and roomy and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely buy furniture again from Sussex Pine and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, reasonably priced pine furniture.

If you had 6 stars, I would award them. Excellent service, good price, product exactly as described, delivery perfect, service exceptional. I'm delighted with the pine table and everything about Sussex Pine Online

We were interested in buying a pine dresser but had limited space, Craig couldn't have been more helpful
He answered my email very quickly with exact dimensions and called and left a VM as well as email signal was playing up, Unfortunately it wasn't the right dimensions so couldn't purchase but will make a trip to the store asap for a browse as the pine looks lovely & Service great

I bought a Large Old Pine Table with Cutlery Drawer (some water marks). Exactly what I wanted and Craig was brilliant with additional advice on how to clean it up. Kept me updated throughout the delivery and didn't scrape the new paint!! I'll be looking to buy again.

I had been looking for a circular pedestal dining table, with an option to extend, for some time. I had several questions. Craig was really helpful and the table was exactly as described and perfect for what I wanted. Thank you.

I live in mid Wales and I purchased 2 wardrobes from Craig ar Sussex Pine.
They arranged delivery that was convenient to me and kept me informed all the time with the delivery details.
The delivery company they use was very helpful by getting in touch a couple of days before the delivery date for any information regarding were I live and a call 1 hour prior to delivery.
We had a slight problem with one of the wardrobes and after contacting Craig it was all sorted out straight away and completely hassle free.
We most definitely we be purchasing from Sussex Pine again.

Bought a set of 8 dining chairs from Craig, what a great experience. Communication was excellent, he arranged a courier for me who was also excellent with great communication.
The chairs are immaculate and an absolute bargain - I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company again !

Excellent customer service. Great communication and updates from Craig and very friendly. The courier, Phil, was also friendly. He gave a time slot the day before but also gave an hour warning before he was due to arrive. He also assisted in putting the furniture in place. Phil is on his own so does need someone to help him, which we were warned about and wasn't a problem for us. Would buy from Sussex Pine again if find another piece of furniture we like. Thank you.

We bought a solid pine wardrobe from Craig. The product was delivered fully assembled to our door. Craig was a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend Sussex Pine to anyone. Great!

Craig was fantastic in helping me decide which wardrobe would suit the space I have. Enormously helpful and took time to explain each stage of the process and the finished product is beautiful, far better than I had hoped. Phil was a diamond in delivering the wardrobe, it's not the easiest of locations, the only saving grace is that it was a ground floor delivery and I could take the part's that needed assembling by myself upstairs, Phil kept in touch so I knew exactly when to expect him and didn't complain at all that he had to cart it to my front door quite some distance! Extremely easy to assemble, easily done by one but better if there are two of you. Faultless service throughout.

Excellent customer service from Craig from start to finish. Answered my enquiries super fast and arranged delivery promptly. I love my wardrobe it is excellent quality and just what I wanted. Craig assembled it free of charge and was very helpful. I would highly recommend using this company!

We were looking for a new dining table and chairs to replace our existing one, specifically four wheelback chairs and an extending cottage table. We found them at Sussex Pine Online. Extensive photos of both were provided on the website, enabling us to easily examine them and decide before purchase. Excellent correspondence with Craig throughout the process. Delivery was prompt and we’d happily deal with Craig again in the future.

Really beautiful bookcase. Very fast delivery to say how far it was to travel. Bookcase was assembled in my house and looks amazing, general wear and tear on the item however to be expected with a second hand piece but hardly noticeable compared to others I had looked at.
Would recommend and would purchase from Craig again

I purchased a beautiful bookcase, and Craig was incredibly helpful from the moment I placed the order through to delivery. He kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, and the item arrived right on time.
