I have been wanting to order from your brand for a very long time. When I finally ordered and received my packages in just 2 days (so fast!) I was already beyond excited. Not only was every item absolutely perfect and exceeded my every expectation, but imagine my surprise when I received bonus items in both if my orders! You truly made my week. I bought a gold plated ring with a pink stone from Susmie’s and was very careful with it, but it still turned silver after wearing it once. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from there—poor quality and not worth the money."

Took 30 days for my shipment to come, the material is SO cheap on the dress and pj pants I ordered—not nearly worth the price I paid. The return fees are outrageous, this is how they make their money complete scam!

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE. You have to pay 68£ to receive it as “import taxes” It’s ridiculous, I wish more people knew about this. It took over a month to arrive longer actually, wanted it for Christmas but hasn’t even arrived now. Bloody ridiculous. Anyways don’t buy from here! Wouldn’t even go so far to give it a one star tbh!

Stock issue
Bought two scarves with a friend on black Friday only to receive the news a month (!!!) later right before Christmas that there aren’t enough scarves to fulfil all orders and that ours is one of the “unlucky” ones. What is also weird is that the scarves have been available on the website for at least a few days after we bought them and the IG ads about these scarves are still popping up. The email was super scarce and the situation itself super irresponsible. Only a refund was suggested which is the bare minimum in this case. Very disappointed since we were really excited fo finally get the scarves.

I think this company may be a scam
I think this company may be a scam. A different necklace was sent of very low quality which bore no relation to the photos online. With £9 shipping from Spain it cost £44 and is fit only for the bin sadly. A shame as purchased as Xmas gift for my daughter (at her request).

Scammers, stole £68
Do not order from susmies.com. They stole £68 from me. I ordered some beautiful jewellery that I was very excited to receive for Christmas. I was then informed that my parcel had been delivered to somewhere in Spain. I am from Scotland. And the delivery address I provided was definitely one in Scotland. After multiple emails they finally responded to me, telling me it is not their responsibility? Surely as a company it is your responsibility to make sure that the parcel you are sending is going to the correct address, and to make sure your customers receive their parcels? The costumer service is extremely unhelpful and they have offered me no solution to finding my lost parcel or for refunding me the £68 they have stolen from me. I’m really disappointed and upset. The pieces are really lovely but don’t order from susmies because you won’t receive anything from them!

Beautiful Necklace!
I’m making a review very late as I tend to not make reviews on trust pilot. I made an order for a necklace that an influencer I follow wore on an insta post. I never ordered from Susmies before and saw it was a small business so I knew prices would be quite high which is completely understandable and fair. I made the order March 01st and tracking it on Shop is brilliant as that keeps me up to date as well as my tracking number. Came in 6 days which was in the delivery date estimate for the UK and they did not disappoint. The necklace is so pretty and I wore it all summer and won’t hesitate to buy from them again for another one of their jewellery pieces for summer 2025! It’s not nice to see the bad reviews but I’m sure there’s many more happy buyers that don’t feel the need to make a review, I know I’m one but I know putting a review is helpful. Thanks!

Low quality item for too much money. When you want to return, Susmies is not fully refunding, only 70% in my case. On top of that, they charge €15 for return of the item. It's outrageous, don't buy here!

They have set up a fake UK website to trick you into spending over £130 claiming that your delivery will be free of charge (all taxes included) but then you will be surprised with a £60 important taxes fee from their delivery company as they are actually overseas (who also add their own hefty mark up).
No doubt the two companies are working together to profit of unsuspecting customers. When approached the company 'claims' this is clear on their website and I eventually found it hidden in the small print, but contradicting their claims elsewhere of delivery including tax.
It's a complete scam, not to mention the products themselves are cheap garbage and their prices regularly get slashed on the website so beware and shop when they have their sales if you must buy from the store - I would just avoid it, their items will likely break. DO NOT BE CONNED LIKE ME 🙏
