😠😠😠 very poor customer service

😠😠😠 very poor customer service. Not replying to my messages… I have proof of returns to warehouse and I honestly think they don’t believe me…. Unbelievably bad… won’t use again 😡

FAB FAB ITEM

Delivered superfast.I love the Julia Magic Trousers. I ordered a black pair - very wrinkly when artived but ironed flat just how I like them . These are so comfy - when you over indulge/ or are a bit trimmer they still fit and are great. I have various colours. Recommended product and seller - no complaints from me x Pat

It may take awhile to come don’t panic

I purchased magic trousers and although they took over 2 weeks to come I am absolutely delighted with them. The quality is great and they are a couple of pounds cheaper than other outlets even with the p&p.
It used to take a couple of weeks for things to come in the post before faster companies arrived. They were worth the wait !!

Faulty goods? Forget a refund

I purchased three summer tops in good time for our summer, two of the tops, after wearing twice, developed holes. The customer service department state I have gone over their returns policy. After many messages where I have had to quote the faulty goods act, they are now not replying. I now have to contact my bank to get involved when a decent company should honour faulty goods. They haven’t even asked for photos, just not interested. Will never purchase from them again.

Disgraceful customer service

Edit: since posting review below, I contacted Susie again via messenger, on another account, in order to reach a resolution, and she has blocked me again without responding to me.

This treatment of a paying customer is deplorable and I am now going to report this company to Trading Standards. My advice would be to avoid shopping here at all costs.

I purchased magic trousers and after 2 wears (and not yet washed) the stitching has come away at both back pockets and the back seam. I emailed them about this on 16 Aug, no reply. I emailed again 31 Aug, no reply.

I sent a message on messenger, no reply. So I commented on their recent Facebook posts, explaining above, and asking what I need to do to get a response.I said the customer service was shocking.

Their response? Replying to me on messenger that a lot of their emails go into spam and what’s my email address….then they blocked me so I am unable to reply to them with that information.

I stand by the fact that this company’s customer service is disgraceful. If they are aware a lot of emails go to spam, as a business, they should be checking it to ensure they don’t miss any from their customers. That is a poor excuse for shoddy service.

Blocking me for being honest is disgusting.
