Worse than Albert Heijn sushi

3 hours of waiting (delivery point is 15 minute ride from us). Received tiny rolls that are falling apart with some fish leftovers. Fish sliced so thin that I can see through it. 60€ for this? Definitely no.

No service, nobody on the line.

1 and a half hours waiting for an order and still waiting. Trying to call them, waiting on the line for 20 min and then they hung up. Scandalous service. Sure the food will arrive cold.

Flame combi for 2 people delivered at home

Tonight we have ordered the combi flamed and the quality was much lower than what we are used to. The fresh tuna was not as fresh as we are used, the salmon was not flamed and the other pieces were also not well presented. The ginger was very dry.
The quality and what it is shown on the website was very far from what has been delivered tonight.
