Sustainable Energy Engineering poor on safety
In 2024 Sustainable Energy Engineering installed solar panels and batteries for me. The 2024 technical installation went well. However, the company's communication over the handover documentation was sloppy and frustrating.
In April 2026, the panel/battery system developed a voltage fault. Knowing that lithium batteries can create devastating fires, I immediately contacted Sustainable Energy Engineering with a query about shutting down the system. The company replied explicitly refusing any assistance with the question.
Sustainable Energy Engineering belongs to various regulatory bodies which promise the highest levels of skill and care. I have found that the company does not meet a proper customer-safety standard. It is clear that the company had been wounded by my 2024 comments on its poor communication. By refusing in 2026 even to answer a simple and necessary safety question about its installation, Sustainable Energy Engineering has shown itself to be an inadequate operator.
