Intuitive, easy and fair
When you log in, you see all the available surveys, with the estimated time it takes to complete them and how much they pay. It is very straightforward, you don't feel like they're trying to trick you (like one that advertises a very short survey, but then when you start it, it takes a half hour, at the same rate of pay). Good company.

No rewards
I don't like that after spending some time answering questions and then being disqualified no reward is offered. Also after selecting a survey that says it will take for example 9 minutes to complete, once pre qualification checks are done a survey comes up that is going to take 15 minutes for the same reward.
