To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:
1. Go to 'My Points' on your dashboard (bottom right 'more' button for mobile).
2. Scroll down and click 'Report Issue.'
3. Choose 'Report Issue' next to the specific survey.

I have been struggling financially and mentally just all over and doing surveys during the day helps me to kind of sit back and not think about all the negative. And it felt so good to see the points that added up and being able to deposit even 30 dollars felt like a win which is what I’ve been looking

I like Branded surveys
I like Branded surveys. Points add up quickly and you can cash out for money or gift cards. Some of the surveys are fun, such as movie clips and commercials you watch and rate. Others are tedious (too many surveys about car insurance and AI). Branded is the "middle man." Most of the survey companies on their site are legitimate. Others are not. Case in point: Pure Spectrum. You will spend a lot of time completing their surveys, only to receive a message that you do not qualify or they won't redirect you back to Branded so you can receive points. Scam. Sadly, a huge % of surveys on Branded are Pure Spectrum. There are a few other survey companies on the Branded site that are questionable but all in all, most of the survey companies are trustworthy.

So frustrating
So frustrating! Many surveys were full and not qualified after 10 or more questions in and 10-15 minutes in i was dropped from the survey with only 1 point and not counting towards my final survey count completed! Absolutely a horrible experience!
