I am so lucky that I was able to have Survey First and Anwar do a building report for a resident property. He is professional, passionate, and trustworthy. He patiently explained the implications of the findings and was helpful with my inquiries (including some matters might not be within his remit). We had a conversation before and after the investigation, which indeed provided me with extra comfort throughout the process to avoid any last minute surprises or miscommunication. The report came with photos and written details based on facts. Next time, if I would need a building report again, I would definitely come back for Anwar without any hesitation, (and recommend it to my friends!). Last but not least, thanks to Foyez would take care of my request nicely, he is helpful and responsive.

The SurveyFirst team were very polite and efficient. Our survey was arranged quickly, at a competitive price and the Level 2 report was detailed and full of useful advice.

I asked Survey First to value a property for probate. They were very responsive, provided a quote very quickly, and arranging the visit was straightforward. Compared to other quotes I received, Survey First was competitive. The surveyor, Anwar, arrived promptly, was very nice. He explained exactly what he was doing, and what the report would - and wouldn't - tell me, which was helpful. The report itself was emailed promptly a couple of days later, and was very clear. I would definitely recommend Survey First and would certainly use them again if the need arose.

Have had to use Survey First three times now as two properties we hoped to buy fell through. All three surveys were completed in good time and very professionally. The telephoned help before the survey and after were both extremely helpful. I hope the last survey is the last time I use them but not because of any fault in the service provided which was excellent!

We recently used Survey First for our homebuyers report on a property that we are currently purchasing. Anwar was fantastic throughout the whole process! We recently commissioned Anwar to do a home buyer's survey for a property we are purchasing in Harpenden. Anwar consulted us on the best type of report given the condition and age of property. His quote was competitive, he was responsive, prompt and took into our special consideration key concerns we had about the property when doing a survey. Anwar arranged a visit with the real estate agency and the report was available after a few days. The report was very detailed and exceed our expectations in terms of detail and addressing items we were looking for. Anwar then took his time to talk through recommendations and next steps. Communication and professionalism were excellent. He then went above and beyond to make a second visit to help clarify on a number of fixes that the vendor made.

Overall, I would very much recommend Anwar and Survey First surveyors for your house purchase. Though our house sale has fallen through, I would not hesitate recommending Anwar again.
