Biggest scamers once you start reaching your goal they won't give you survey anymore. when i comlaint them that y u do that they just deleted my account all of my time n money wasted on such a useless app

the website doesn't pay. i take my time to complete surveys and i am not credited. there is also no dedicated medium to lay a complaint.

I was with them for several years. Cashed out at least twice before. A few months ago, I cashed out, then closed my account. They never sent the money. I restarted the account snd contacted them about this many times. They blocked and banned me, citing fraud.

I was shocked to see that surveys are underpaid while for other countries the payment is high. Less than 100f CFA per survey and we hardly get 2 per day.... At the same time, In European countries they have 2 to 3 surveys minimum per day and they are well paid.

They have a threshold of 28 dollars before you can withdraw, also i completed surveys multiple times without get paid the actual amount instead i got paid little cents as compensation, phone number verification can only be changed from their end, lastly their customers service doesn't respond to complaints nor even acknowledge. Too many red flags 🚩

It's an excellent platform to earn extra

I joined Surveoo and completed multiple surveys honestly, building up my account balance. However, without any warning or explanation, my account was suddenly banned and I was locked out. All my earned balance remains in the account and I have no way to access it.

I attempted to contact support through the emails provided, but they either bounce back or remain unanswered. There is no clear communication, no reason given for the suspension, and no resolution for users who face this problem.

This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair. A legitimate survey platform should provide transparency, reliable customer support, and ensure that users can withdraw the money they’ve earned. I hope Surveoo resolves this issue for me and other affected users quickly.

Theres alot of money we have to accumulate in order to cashout, and everyday, i receive same amount of money, which is too little to reach the cashout amount
Also, i dont see any option for Mpesa

I like the fact that it paid me after all I was scared that it might be a scam. What is dislike is the amount offered after completing survey, I feel it's too little while the time spent to complete a survey is too much. You can increase the players earnings on surveys and increase the number of surveys for participants.

Cons.
There is this Cindy always sending emails on surveys. I noticed my account balance in all the emails received from the first day of survey changed to the same amount despite being rewarded for over 7 days of doing surveys. Let's stay warned about this bogus site as it looks like a phishing website. They don't even have an option to de-register your account. Be warned!!!!!!

Less amount is given in each survey which makes it almost impossible to reach the required amount to withdraw.

Waste of time. You get through most of the survey, only to be told you don’t qualify. The survey time is 14 minutes, after 10 minutes in, you’re told you don’t qualify. Seems like they just got all their survey answers for free. There is also tons of pop up ads. I’ve wasted about an hour of my time for .10.

Surveoo is the best survey app .In starting i am very skeptical about this app . i searched many survey app but every app hav some bad review related to payment and surveys .surveeo never dissappoint me their payment on time and if u r not qualified for survey some survey give us some bonus point which is very good.so far i like this survey app very much 👍👍
