We contracted with Survata to conduct a representative survey in June 2016. From the start, online and phone customer service was above par. We received thoughtful and fast comments on our survey and worked with the Survata staff to make our survey instrument the best that it could be. Once the survey was live, we were able to monitor daily responses. The online interface to monitor survey responses was fantastic and user-friendly. We were captivated/addicted to watching the results being collected! Survata's model was able to predict when we would collect the number of responses we needed; models were spot on and helped us predict and manage out time effectively. We received helpful emails and online correspondences through the process -- from start to finish. We could not have completed our work without Survata and we have every intension of using their services again. The price we paid was extremely reasonable and the service was outstanding. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Survata to others!

Survata is a lot faster and easier way to get consumer insights versus the traditional manner. Setting up a survey is pretty straightforward and they have great customer service if you need any help. The results come in quickly and are presented in a easy to read dashboard. Highly recommend.
