Technical issues, often takes a long time to connect, but worse is the poor customer service. I signed up for inconi through Surfshark, it was all done by two clicks, which said I would pay £53 for the remainder of my subscription then whatever the amount would be after that. I clicked OK and it took the money. I then got a notification from my bank saying that £64 had been taken. I contacted Surfshark, who told me to contact incogni, who in turn told me to contact Surfshark. Eventually I chatted with a Human at Surfshark who said the discrepancy was due to tax being added and it would have shown at checkout. It did not, which I told them, they didn't reply so I chased up and they said nothing they can do. So I asked them to cancel the purchase, they went quiet again, chased again, and then said cancellation approved, you'll get an email within 12 hours....nothing so far. I'll be cancelling my Surfshark renewal, this is just poor, no apology, nothing to try and keep me as a customer, just made to feel like I was either lying or stupid.

Surfshark gives me immeasurable grief and frustration with its "rotating VPNs" as I am unable to move within websites. Sometimes pausing the VPN lets me in but not always. I miss important Zoom meetings, etc. I never signed up for this and don't want it. This is NOT security.

Absolutely clear and concise advice from lucian today regarding a few questions I had. Questions regarding renewal and the length of the auto renewal period. Also further questions I had concerning EU laws and regulations regarding the service I have subscribed to for a long time now- all brilliantly answered in a professional and timely manner.! Faultless customer support! Thankyou.
What can I say, just a horrid service, been working fairly fine then a few glitches now and again, but tottaly down tonight, trying to work with online tech is impossible as they are having conversations with about 8 other people at the same time or doing tea or eating dinner while they chat to you. If you want a really good service pay the extra to a better company, cheap is not always the way to go. Avoid this busness at all costs, 75% review should tell you what you need to know.

Great value. It gets the job done, is quick and effective, and it's inexpensive compared to other VPNs. I also love that I have unlimited simultaneous connections, I hope they never change that.
I like the app; works well for the most part; however sometimes it will randomly be unable to connect and have issue re connecting. Not sure if this is app function or network related.
Also it would be good to be able to contact help / feedback desk easier. Now it’s just a minefield of help topics; faq’s and similar - I just gave up in the end. Some real operators with real knowledge of the system and product in support would be a plus.

I love Surfshark with Incogni and dedicated ip!!!
It is so easy to use as a non-tech person. I just upgraded to a dedicated ip and was having problems that might seem obvious to someone who gets tech stuff, but I was able to chat with a live agent and resolve everything within a couple of minutes. The software and the engineers are that good!!!
I remember when you had to purchase tech support and wait on the phone for over an hour to talk with a techie and then you had to go through every little thing from rebooting on and usually I knew as much as the techie.
I feel safe and protected online and know that my online presence is continuously being cleaned.
I am very impressed with the product and the service!!!

2020 was a special year for many of us, for many reasons. For me personally, the question about online security and anonymosity was quickly answered (with a blasting price for unlimited devices!!) with Surfshark.
Had a problem with updates 2021, client Support was efficient and nice. Really, don´t look any further... It´s all there.
