Good service but not a true dedicated IP
Good service, works well. The dedicated fixed IP however is not fixed. They have switched it on us despite us paying for the dedicated IP. So be warned.
(Edit: their reply doesn't address the mis-selling of this; we specifically asked them during the sales process for a fixed unchanging IP and they assured us of it. Dedicated location != Fixed IP of course)

Even works on Firestick (had issues with other VPNs-either not installing/ not working/slowing stick down).

Better than the competitors, NO LAG associated with VPN connections. I contacted customer service when I encountered an issue with a downloaded file on my end. The technical support representative promptly responded and provided a solution. I highly recommend SurfShark and intend to remain a client for the foreseeable future.
