Surfshark vpn took 2 payments from me and refuse to refund
Surfshark vpn took a payment of £72.68 from me on the 6th August which i was not aware of, i made a payment of £48.28 to them on the 12 th August in good faith as i did not know of the first payment they had taken, it was not until i returned from holiday and read my bank statement that this had happened, i contacted Surfshack for a refund, but they refused citing it was over a month and under their terms could not refund me for a simple genuine honest mistake, so anyone thinking of using this company please be aware !

Easy to order
Easy to order, prompt delivery. Quick response on email when i realised inhad a missing fin 'screw'. It was sent 1st class post so received next day. Great service
