Unfortunately I did see all of these awful reviews before I ordered from them, now it's been 8 months and no prints or any response to my emails or phone calls or messages on social media sites...just complete blatant thieves 😡

I placed an order over 7 weeks ago, I've made loads of attempts to contact them via email and their phone, but you get no response and their phone goes straight to VM.

The order tracking number does not work and you cannot get hold of anyone.

What an awful company, they take your money and never deliver the goods, nor do they respond. I am not claiming the cash back via my credit card company in the UK.

Someone in the USA should report these guys I am going to also try and report them to Facebook, as this is where I saw them originally.

Have not received my picture. I ordered it 2 months ago. I have tried dozens of times to contact them through their support and info emails, through their website, facebook page, and through their parent company. I have called and left a message on a 888 number that had a voicemail on it. No answer. no reply. Not even one. Just automated tickets. THe first one has been "processing' for two weeks.

Total Fraud Site. Charged my credit card, no confirmation email. Submitted a claim to their customer service site and followed up several times over the course of two weeks. No response. Thankfully, my credit card company refunded my money.

Update 08/25/19. Okay, so it's not a scam. I actually received the picture I ordered today. But, the mounting and frame quality is pretty low, only about 1/4" thick on flimsy wooden frame. Canvas is folded over and simply stabled to the back. The picture image is decent quality. Still, I wouldn't recommend ordering. The tracking number was bogus. No one responded to my inquiries. I am not enamored with the quality of the materials.

I ordered a picture more than 8 weeks ago, 06/19/19. They sent me a tracking number for shipping two weeks ago but the freight company says it doesn't exist. No one returns email inquiring about delivery or my order. I believe this is a SCAM. Do NOT order from them. Sad, I waited so long. The product looked great too.

This business is a scam...dont use! 4 weeks after my order I received an email advising that the pictures got returned as the delivery company could not find the address. They send me the paperwork of the delivery company - all in Chinese. When I asked them what is going om nobody responded to my emails...I left many negative reviews on Facebook and finally received a response that they are resendjng the pictures. I waited again for 3 weeks...nothing happened...and filled a fraud claim via my bank to get the money back. Within a week I got an email from them...claiming again that the delivery conpany could not find the address for a second time. The documents of the delivery company showed that it was sent to China?!? Yet I live in Australia...they also asked me to stop the fraud claim by my bank - no response prior. This is sadly a real scam...dont fall for it...there is also no phone number on the website....

6 months and still waiting. So hard to communicate, emails bounce back, no telephone numbers which is working, stay clear is a scam

Awful experience. After waiting for months for my picture to arrive, I opened the package to find it was the wrong print. Like not even close to what I ordered.

I contacted surffactor and lodged a ticket and have never heard back despite many follow up emails. These guys are scammers do not waste your money.

Ordered a picture from these guys it never turned up and they ignore My emails for a refund. I left comments on their Facebook pictures and they blocked me.
Don’t buy from them it’s a scam

I ordered (and of course paid for ) jewelry about 5 weeks ago and still haven't received . I have filed 3 tickets via email which is their only contact and have not received a reply . This is absolutely unacceptable! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

My order hasn't arrived for almost 3 months. No one will contact me. I can't track the item. I can't even get my money back. These guys suck!

Absolutely dreadful service! The item was supposed to take 4-6 weeks for delivery but took 2 months. Representatives were very hard to contact and unhelpful when I managed to communicate with one via email.

The quality of the product is extremely poor. This "art" is WAY overpriced!

It's something you would find in a college dorm room for $50 max. That's being generous.
