BEWARE!!!
Very nice and professional at first and It’s incredibly easy to purchase, but when it comes to obtaining a letter that states the aggregate/Project limit (letter of bondability), they never call you back instead they inform you that it’s a free service They don’t provide during business hours! I have yet to obtain that letter. I call back and they hang up. Very unprofessional. If you are just trying to run a business and go about your way I’d advise to take your business elsewhere.

We notified you of this on the phone. While we service other bonds for you, this particular letter is credit underwritten. Not as tough as you’d think

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I waited over two weeks just to be lied to. They sent me a written quote with one price, then came back later trying to charge something completely different. That is their mistake, yet they refuse to stand behind their own quote.
Their customer service is absolutely despicable — dismissive, unhelpful, and unapologetic. Save yourself the headache and find another surety bond company to work with. Owen Hardy
Bond Specialist was the person I had to deal with.
