I purchased 12 accounts from Sure Leverage. Yes, I failed 8 accounts in the beginning — like any normal trader learning and improving. But after that, I became consistently profitable and started receiving small payouts.

And that’s exactly when the problem started.

The moment I became profitable, they suddenly banned my account and accused me of a “CID Rule Breach.” Funny thing is — this so-called “CID rule” is nowhere clearly defined on their website. No proper explanation, no transparency, no warning. Just a random excuse to block payouts.

I never shared my account, never used any third-party access, and followed all the rules. Yet they still terminated my $75,000 funded account without giving any real proof.

Let’s be honest — this looks like a pattern:

When you lose → they’re happy
When you become profitable → they find excuses to ban you

This is not a professional prop firm. This is straight-up unethical behavior.

They take your money easily, but when it’s time to pay traders, they hide behind vague rules and false accusations.

To anyone thinking of joining: be careful. Everything works fine until you start making money — then suddenly you “violate” rules you’ve never even heard of.

Avoid this firm if you value your time, money, and effort.

The company and their support team contacted me, but to no avail; they didn't resolve the issue. Six days ago, they contacted me again to change my comment or message to one praising the company and their support team, but I refused. They say the company is demoralizing. I hope this problem will be resolved and that I will be compensated for my dues and fees. Thank you. I was told that the problem between me and the company is that my first account was hacked and my chart was manipulated. My second account was closed after I passed the first stage of my exam.I bypassed it in just two hours, which led to my being held back. They asked me for Know Your Customer (KYC) and fabricated a problem, claiming that because I reside in Algeria, I cannot trade with them, even though my account is old and I have owned it for a long time.
