I have worked for two companies who use surefire. it makes your everyday tasks so much simpler. the quoting tool i would say is the best on the market. great system if you work in the plumbing or heating world.
great support team if you ever get stuck.

I run a heating company with a few guys working for us, Billy introduced me to Surefire nearly a year ago now and it has made a big difference. It’s nice and easy to navigate compared to other systems we have trialed like Simpro, and easily integrates with other programs we use like Xero and Stripe. All queries I have had are always dealt with quickly, Tom has been very helpful demonstrating via zoom calls how to use it all and make any alterations. I highly recommend.

What can I say, Billy was so helpful on our demo call this morning. I have came away from our meeting positive that we have ben able to find a system for our plumbing and heating business, we have been looking all over the place for a system that can do everything we need for the industry we work in. Surefire as all our needs, easy to use and will make our workflow so much more effective for us.

We have been using Surefire for the last 5 years and it has helped us to grow the business year on year. Our customers often comment on the way we communicate with them and SF is a key part of that. SF has improved our effectiveness with our administration and booking jobs and invoicing customers is really easy. It also links to Quickbooks which has simplified our accounts and made us more efficient in the office.

All linked effortlessly to an individual customer database account.
Most important for our company is the use of the mobile app providing our engineers the simplicity of completing all the above whilst on site from their own personal diaries, from the moment they accept a job to office & customer tracking to final completion & safe & secure payment either via their smart phone or iPad.

Great software booking system for our company and the engineers find it easy to administer using iPad which keep the company's internal admin system seamless. If you need any help from them then a quick email and they come back to you. Very happy with this software and the service.

Surefire is a great bit of kit for the heating/plumbing trade, been using it 2 years now and it just gets better & better with regular updates, the backup you get is brilliant and the staff can't do enought to help.

We have had Surefire for many years now and have always found this a great asset to the running of our company. Over the years the software has been upgraded and loads of new features have been added which in turn makes our life so much easier. if i have an issue this is resolved very quickly and the customer service is always great. I would hesitate to recommend this to anyone

We are a medium sized plumbing & heating company and Surefire is taylor-made for our business. We have now used the software for over 7 years and it has become a part of our daily lives! Perfect for job management, quoting, invoicing, vehicle tracking, staff management and lots more. It is also a great tool for breakdown engineers as a customer's history can be viewed instantly as well as boiler manuals and parts diagrams. Quoting for both boiler replacements and small jobs is so easy as well. Highly recommended to make life easier for anyone in the plumbing & heating industry.

We have been using Surefire for just over a year. I had been looking for software that was purely designed for the plumbing and heating industry and used the correct forms and certificates. Sure fire ticked about 90% of the items I wanted. The suggestions we put forward with the team get fed back into the development meetings and feedback is made. The features of the CRM are constantly being upgraded to improve functionality within the business which saves time and money in the long run.
