Everyone was very nice and polite, even when I made a bonehead mistake, they help me correct it quickly and easily

Insurance is very important. It helps cover the owner and all who come into that owners premises. I think that insurance has been the best of my life and they saved me several times!

Highly irregular behavior for an insurance company. They pester you when you show remote interest in their insurance products. They promised an easy transition if I moved to a different property. This is highly false. They promised I could suspend my policy and then proceeded to not suspend it and charge me for a renewal without warning or notice. Pursuing "time" on the insurance policy is a lost cause (but you're welcome to surprise me).

This insurance provider did not even have a portal for setting up. I highly recommend you choose elsewhere for your insurance needs. Lemonade has conducted itself more professionally.

Do whatever you want but do research. New age insurances like this are designed to market friendliness while ripping you off.

Please read up on this company before you use them, especially for car rentals. They specialize in fast and easy set up (why wouldn’t they? That’s how they get their money) but the claims process is horrible. It takes several months to get anything resolved, if at all. And they deny the majority of claims for stupid and unheard of reasons.

Read through their reviews. Everyone is talking about how fast and easy the process is. But anyone who mentions a claim has had a negative experience, and that’s what really matters. 0/10, do not recommend.

Don’t choose them unless you want to be stuck with them. In the middle of all of my moving expenses, they renewed my insurance after 4 separate phone calls of me trying to cancel. I even received an email confirmation that my account would not be renewed, yet they kept my payment information and charged me again. I called customer support to have the charge removed and they simply said “I can’t do that I’m not the one who deals with payments” and then proceeded to not connect me with anyone who does and left our conversation with a “ill have someone call you back”.. I’m not one to write reviews but I’m pretty sure it’s not legal for them to even have my payment information on file anymore AND they processed a payment with 0 notice… weeks after my confirmation email of ending service. Not happy and I want my money back.

The insurance is easy to navigate and retain.

I have been using Sure for around 3 years now and I have never had a problem with them. Always available and a simple streamlined process. I just go online or in the app and purchase my insurance.

This was my first experience with buying renters insurance via the phone. The manager has quickly answered my questions and provided all details. Everything was finished in 10 minutes and I received my policy by email. Highly recommend Sure!
