I had a great experience dealing with Supplyvan.com, especially the sales executive - Vineesh. He tried to help as much as he could. I do recommend them

I would be very careful using this website. I ordered a printer and they took my money the same day but sent me no confirmation and my order was shown as Pending on their website. I wrote to them 3 times and got no reply and then I eventually got somebody to answer the phone (after numerous attempts) and they told me I hadn't paid. I stated that I had proof on my bank statement and that I was going to report them. They then called back and said I had paid but the item was now out of stock. This took over 2 weeks so either it was in stock when I ordered or they never had the item in the first place, I would NEVER use them again and would advise tou to use another website.

I purchased a thermostat and although packaged as new, the PVC compenent was not i.e. was a used part. Aside from dirt on the PVC there was also a small piece of wire inside. It was unwrapped and brought to my attention by the AC technician I had booked for the job (and lost money on). Photos were also sent to SupplyVan.com whilst the AC technician was still at my apartment. SupplyVan.com's response is to deny all culpability and infer that I am a liar (unacceptable) and not refund in full.

Recently, I bought Metabo Drill Machine, BE 10 from SupplyVan , a online hardware store in UAE. It is a very good product, it has forward and reverse rotation and it also handles with non slip soft grip surface. I am very much satisfied with the product.
