I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this situation really needs to be shared.
I placed an inventory order for my business and several items were missing from the shipment. When I reached out, I was told the missing products were “in transit,” but they never arrived. I followed up again asking for tracking information and received no clear answers. Later, I was told the items had been delivered — yet they were not included in the original shipment and never showed up separately either.
It’s embarrassing to run a business when you can’t rely on your suppliers to deliver what was ordered. The customer support has been extremely disappointing, with poor communication and unacceptable responses throughout the process.
I genuinely hope leadership takes this seriously and invests in improving their customer service team. Clear communication and accountability should be the standard, especially when businesses depend on these orders to operate.
